Grand Hotel Croce Di Malta

Although the room was very clean and functional, it lacked any colour or decoration! The buffet breakfast included a very wide variety to suit various tastes, the lack of coffee urns resulted in an annoying line-up for coffee. The massage at the spa was a highlight.

My husband & I stayed at this hotel for a week during a CIE Tour of Tuscany. I can't compare it to other hotels in the area, as I am not familiar with them. However, this hotel was clean, comfortable, good food and bar, and within walking distance into the beautiful town of Montecatini Terme! They offer several other amenities (Spa, pool, bike rental, exercise room) which we did not have time to explore as we were kept quite busy on our tour. We really loved our time here, recommend it, and would LOVE to return again some day!

We’ve just returned from 12 nights in the hotel. This was our four year in a row. We love this hotel. Clean, welcoming and so calming. The location is perfect just a short walk to restaurants and shops. The pool is so peaceful and comfortable. The staff are professional and very welcoming. The rooms are spotless and the beds are very comfortable. It’s brilliant value for money too. The breakfast has great variety and is always very fresh. It’s a very very peaceful hotel.

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel which was part of a package organised by Topflight. The rooms were very clean with comfortable beds and great air conditioning. The breakfast was adequate but not wonderful. The pool and spa facilities were lovely and clean. We enjoyed 7 days at the hotel and all the staff were very friendly and helpful.
