Villa Kinzica

I’m going to mark this as very good because of the location and quirkiness of the hotel. It sits on a very pleasant square almost directly opposite the Bell Tower. The room was basic but comfortable with a tree restricted view of the tower from the window. The aircon would at first appear to be very disappointing but when left on for a period of time and, of course, with the window closed, it reduced the temperature to an acceptable level, considering the time we visited Italy they were experiencing temperatures in Pisa of well into the high 30 degrees Celsius. The room was serviced every day with fresh linen and towels, which is unusual but very welcome in a three star hotel. Breakfast was continental in style and if you’re not fussy, provided more than enough to start your day. Various cheeses, hams, salami, various cakes (delicious, by the way) as well as cereals and various juices. Coffee and tea were provided to order by very pleasant staff. All in all, I would have no hesitation in recommending this hotel looking for accommodation in the centre of Pisa with great views and literally minutes away from the sights you come for.

Excellent location, we could see the tower from our bedroom window. The hotel.is quite dated but we found it added to its cham. Our room was clean and bed comfortable. Air conditioning was great in the 36° heat. Breakfast was good with pastries, yoghurt, fresh fruit and good coffee. Staff were very friendly. Less than 2 minute walk to the leaning tower. Lots of restaurants within a few minutes walk. We would definitely recommend this hotel

Great hotel , great location 3 minutes walking to pisa tower , excellent service , cooperative staff on reception ,a lot of shopping markets and restaurants and cafes are all around, i recommend it very strongly.
