⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ An Anniversary Dinner We Will Never Forget! My wife and I have enjoyed some truly wonderful experiences at Couples Sans Souci, but our anniversary dinner at Casanova Restaurant was something extraordinarily special. It was an evening that touched our hearts and reminded us exactly why we continue returning to this beautiful resort. I want to personally recognise four exceptional ladies: Johanna, Sharnesha, Camille, and Yasheken. Our server, Johanna, went above and beyond to make our anniversary unforgettable. She thoughtfully decorated our table, creating a beautiful, romantic setting that immediately made us feel special. Her attention to detail, warmth, professionalism, and genuine hospitality were simply impeccable. The meal itself was phenomenal — a true five-star dining experience, beautifully presented and served with extraordinary care and precision. Every detail was flawless. But what happened next is something I will carry with me for years. Following our dinner, these four wonderful ladies came together and sang to us in celebration of our anniversary. It was such a sincere, heartfelt, and unexpected gesture that I was genuinely moved almost to tears. And that is something you simply cannot put a price on. In a world where hospitality can sometimes feel routine or impersonal, these ladies reminded us what genuine hospitality truly means. They didn't simply serve us dinner. They created a memory, celebrated our marriage, and made us feel as though we were part of their own family. That personal connection is what sets Couples Sans Souci apart. It's not just the beautiful surroundings, wonderful food, or exceptional service. It's the people. It's the kindness. It's the genuine warmth that makes you feel like you're coming home rather than visiting a resort. To Johanna, Sharnesha, Camille, and Yasheken: Thank you from the bottom of our hearts. You made our anniversary more meaningful than you could possibly know. Your kindness and thoughtfulness will never be forgotten. They are tremendous ambassadors for your resort and represent the very finest qualities of Jamaican hospitality. Five stars simply aren't enough. We arrived as guests, were treated like family, and left with a memory we will cherish forever. And that, above all else, is why we keep coming back. This was our first holiday to Jamaica and wow, it didn't disappoint. The food, staff and facilities are amongst the best we have experienced around the world. Our penthouse suite was amazing and the 750ml bottles of spirits along with beer and wines and soft drinks incredible. Our huge bathroom with his and hers sinks and double ended shower was ideal. The choice of restaurants was great and service friendly and prompt. Carol's breakfast omelette was outstanding! The variety of pools in different locations suited my wife and the water sport equipment made our stay varied. We did the snorkelling and glass bottomed boat trips which we both enjoyed. We just didn't have time to use the tennis and pickle ball courts. The entertainment each day was professional and the daily trivia quizzes by the pools entertaining. The mineral pool was used along with the various hot tubs and cold spring pool. We enjoyed the sunset beach facility and in fact it was far better utilised than the other beach. The only issue we had was the selfish individuals putting towels and bags on sunbeds under the beach umbrellas early in the morning and then not appearing until later after their breakfast right up to 1130. All in all, it was probably one of the best resort holidays we have ever experienced. Thank you!

We had an absolute delightful holidays at Couples Sans Souci. The staff was so kind. The food was excellent and it was just a beautiful atmosphere. We had s beachfront room which were very convenient. Their room was well appointed.

I am very disappointed with lunch at San Souci. We have visited Couples San Souci for the last 5 years during September. In the past we had ala cart service at both Palazzina and Bella Vista for lunch. This September Bella Vista is closed and Palazzina is now a buffet. The buffet was not good. The fish dish was luke warm. I did not see anyone testing the temperature of the food in the buffet.

This is our fourth trip to Jamaica and third trip to couples and San Souci. Very relaxing atmosphere great place to read and enjoy the view of the beach and ocean.
