Title: Unforgettable Jamaican Experience – Huge Thanks to Antoniel, Akeem & Zanni! 🇯🇲🌴 Our stay at Hideaway at Royalton Blue Waters in Jamaica has been nothing short of AMAZING! From the incredible pool vibes to the music, delicious drinks, and authentic Jamaican energy, every moment has been an unforgettable experience. What truly made our trip special, though, were Antoniel, Akeem, and Zanni! These guys went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed, taken care of, and right at home. Their amazing energy, hospitality, and genuine personalities brought so much fun and positivity to our days by the pool. They truly represent the warmth and spirit of Jamaica! It’s one thing to stay at a beautiful resort, but it’s the people who make you want to come back. Thanks to these three, we’ve made memories we’ll cherish forever! We’re already looking forward to returning, and next time we’re bringing our entire family so they can experience the same incredible hospitality and Jamaican vibes we’ve fallen in love with. Had an amazing time. Picord was amazing. Made the experience memorable. Pool side DJ was great big up him!! Staff was friendly. I will definitely be back.

First time to Royalton Blue Waters hotel, firstly the staff are amazing 👏 secondly Vanessa our housemaid was absolutely amazing. We had her for our time we was there she took time out to get to know us,.. The rooms was clean and spacious,.. There was enough restaurants to pick from., if we had 1 gripe it was the Indian restaurant which only opened 2 nights whilst we was there,which was a shame as it was amazing food & staff in there. Buffet restaurant was fine for breakfast & lunch but evening meal did feel like it was the same each day. But we didn't struggle finding anything to eat. The coffee shop was good as well as the kids could get muffins,ice-cream etc from there. Jerk Chicken Hut was lovely during the day and nicely set next to the beach. Our other gripe was the little kids pool wasn't cleaned daily and a few times we found debris in there and also the lazy river which in the end we took our little ones to that as they loved the inflatables. Entertainment at night was ok and usually involved kids first then the adults started around 8pm. There was notice boards all over so there was enough information for guest... tbf there's plenty of staff and the time we went it was quiet season so not that many people there. I think I counted 7 kids and 2 of them was in our group. 2 of the sons did the quad trip through the hotel excursions team which they said it was really good, then we did Bob Marley home on nine mile stretch again and it's amazing there as you learn more each time you go. It was my 5th time and loved it..

One of the best vacations I’ve in a long time Royalton blue waters from the first contact with Andre then he introduced us Stacey then introduce us to Lorenzo and Jamal to complete our planning. It was the most amazing easy stress-free transaction that I have ever completed for 2 people when we arrived at the resort we were met with courteous and pleasant front desk. Staff are butlers Denton and Lennox was amazing. At the launch bar, we then encountered Barry. Oh my God phenomenal customer service. He kept us entertained throughout the entire night. We were there us some amazing drinks. I would recommend this resort 100% my group I was with wanted to know when would be our next vacation here amazing staff wonderful people we encountered there was not one person that we encountered that was not pleasant, smiling, and offered us help.Give this resort a five star plus plus. My niece whose birthday we planned here her 40th she had a wonderful 40th birthday. Her kids her husband everybody enjoyed himself was wonderful.
