Experience was wonderful. Sancia and Jennifer from front desk were GREAT ! Hotel grounds and environment was well kept. A little upgrade can be done to the rooms but overall, a wonderful time was had. Food at restaurant was also good.. Solid 8/10

The customer was top tier everybody was warm and very helpful, The only problem is the food and activities . The food was very bland and although the sensory is beautiful it was kinda boring

The staff is helpful and friendly, especially Sancia, Davi and the others in the dining area Check in was smooth The ambience was lovely. I liked the view from the room ..Seaview.. very beautiful.. However they badly need more variety in terms of food . I felt like I was at home when it comes to the food part..food limited bad.. If you're looking for somewhere to stay in negril with breakfast included..then this is the place..for an all inclusive..not at all
