Bamburi Beach Hotel

The hotel is absolutely fantastic, exceeded our expectations since the very first minute. Swimming pools and lobby is truly beautiful, clean restaurant serves great food, you have second swimming pool if you wish to relax in more silent atmosphere. Gym has everything you need (including the instructor waiting to give you a PT) animations and animators are cool and fun. Rooms clean, fresh and beautiful, bed is awesome! Bathroom as well! But the true beauty is about customer service, here we have the nicest and most professional people we met. Have to name Festus who welcomed us and Bridget, who helped us to enjoy and relax on the pool. But all, we don’t remember names were also great, kind and helpful. Thank you Bamburi beach! Sonia and Adam from Poland.

An Outstanding Hotel Experience – 7-Star Treatment! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Our stay at Bamburi Beach Hotel, Mombasa, has been absolutely exceptional! From the moment we arrived, we received nothing short of 7-star treatment from every single member of staff. Whether it was the catering team, reception, housekeeping, gardeners, gym staff or anyone else working behind the scenes, every individual was welcoming, friendly, attentive and genuinely committed to making our stay special. It is rare to experience such consistently outstanding service throughout an entire hotel. Every member of the team deserves enormous credit for making our holiday so pleasant and memorable. Other hotels could learn a great deal from the wonderful staff here. They are a true credit to the hotel, and management should be extremely proud of them. We cannot recommend Bamburi Beach Hotel highly enough. We would happily return and would encourage anyone visiting Mombasa to experience this exceptional hospitality for themselves. A huge thank you to the entire team for making our stay so wonderful! ❤️
