Neptune Palm Beach Boutique Resort & Spa

The hotel and its upkeep were of the highest standard. Our room was cleaned twice, and sometimes even three times a day, which honestly surprised us. The whole property was beautifully maintained, and the location on Galu Beach is lovely, a wide beach with a calmer atmosphere than the more crowded parts of the coast. What impressed us most was the staff. Friendly, always smiling and genuinely caring, they made us feel looked after throughout our entire stay. In the end, it is the people who stay in your memory the most. One honest note for future guests, and this is not a complaint about the hotel, as the vendors are not allowed on the property. Unfortunately, walking freely along the beach is practically impossible. The moment you reach the edge of the hotel grounds, the beach sellers spot you and head your way, usually several at once, and they are hard to shake off, a simple “no, thank you” is not enough. For us this was a clear downside, as we had expected there would be fewer of them and that it would be easier to decline. In the end we used one of them once, picked a little by gut feeling on who seemed more trustworthy, and went with a guide into the low-tide flats to see the sea life, which was actually a nice little excursion. It is simply worth being prepared for this in advance. We wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway in Kenya. We returned home with wonderful memories. Thank you to the whole Neptune Palm Beach team!

We had an amazing stay in this hotel. Everything was excellent. Friendly staff, amazing entertainments, spacious rooms and very clean. Beautiful view of the beach. Many thanks to stallone our safari guide +254710239929. He was the best to take us in this amazing hotel. Highly recommend.

Exceptional service, amazing location

the hotel itself was okay, nothing special. got my sunglasses stolen from my room, probably the cleaning staff did it. unfortunately i noticed when i had already left kenya. moreover, we also had a jewelry incident (!!). my jewelry box was gone, i immediately contacted the reception and the case got resolved. apparently the cleaning staff found my box open and they confiscated it then gave it to the security following the hotel regulations. what an insane explanation. anyways, i want my 200$ back for prada glasses.

We absolutely loved our stay at the Neptune Palm Beach Boutique Resort. We did a four day safari first which was extremely tiring so our 6 night stay at the Neptune was heaven. Very clean, great friendly staff and well kept rooms. If I have one little niggle is kids around the bar pool being allowed to splash about whilst we were trying to enjoy a quiet drink but getting splashed in the process. I understand that parents are entitled to enjoy the pool bar too but unfortunately some are too busy drinking rather than watching over their children. I hasten to add that that episode only happened once but with 2 other Neptune sites adjoining it's a shame one is not adults only. Nevertheless it was a beautiful venue and one we will definitely return to next year. The monkeys were an added entertainment. Thank you Neptune Palm Beach
