Atmosphere Kanifushi Maldives

The experience at Kanifushi Atmosphere was truly mesmerizing. The staff was helpful, especially Sasha, our relationship manager and Stash, the snorkeling instructor and Reyan, snorkeling instructor. All the staff members were prompt and did their best to make our stay comfortable. Thankyou Kanifushi.

Our experience at Atmosphere Kanifushi Maldives was absolutely fabulous! We visited in August 2026 and it was our third time there. There is something truly special about this island: the beautiful turquoise ocean, pristine white sandy beaches, lush tropical surroundings and the feeling of being completely immersed in paradise. It is the perfect place to unwind, recharge and escape from everyday life. The service is exceptional, true to a luxury resort. There's a variety of restaurants across the island. Just Veg, the vegan restaurant is absolutely fabulous, we realised how delicious vegan cuisine was and once you've been there, you will never vegan in the same way ever after. There's also a Teppanyaki, a Seafood restaurant, Sunset restaurant with an adult only swimming pool, a Sri Lankan street food by the sea, and of course the main restaurant's buffet and main swimming pool. So plenty of options there for everyone, and depending on how old your children are, there's a kids club open till late so mummy daddy can enjoy a little date night :) There are many evening shows you can watch and/or participate in, and regular shows to local islands, a little tip, take some cash with you for local souvenirs. We took USD with us and it was accepted everywhere on the local islands we went to on day trips. For active families, there's so much to do everyday such as pilates, body training, football, tennis, racket ball, gym, water polo, volley ball, table tennis and even a games arcade. The SPA is absolutely fabulous, offering a large selection of treatments within a wonderful setting. For those who love running, there is a lovely bonus! The island offers the unique opportunity to fit in your daily 5K run as the islands unique long shape allows for a 5K loop or more if you run a few rounds. Running surrounded by tropical greenery, with the lagoon was a wonderful way to start my day. For me, the combination of an idyllic tropical escape and the opportunity to keep up my running made the experience even better. Kanifushi is a little slice of paradise that delivers on both relaxation and unforgettable experiences. Highly recommended, and somewhere we would happily return to!
