Bandos Maldives

This was our third time in Bandos and it never disappoints. We had an upgrade to a beach villa and the room was superb - even has an "outdoor" bathroom. We accessed a large cove/lagoon only 30 seconds from the front porch and most days it was either empty or just a few other people so it felt very private and secluded. The snorkelling was fab and the lagoon shallow enough to swim right out to the stone breakers. The pool is a lovely alternative, again never a problem getting a lounger. Food gorgeous, evening entertainment at the Sand Bar, and our favourite always, Huvan.

Bandos Maldives is a beautiful island with staff that cannot do enough for you. Always greeted with a smile Jahid looked after our rooms, but was much more than just room service. He alone is justified reasoning to return to this beautiful paradise island. Hr couldn't do enough for us, a great example for Bandos. Ibrahim at the Huvan made us welcome from our very 1st visit, and we went back most nights. He knew our names, our room numbers & what we liked to drink. He also pulled out all the stops on our last evening to make a table & create 1 final meal for us together. We got engaged while we were there, a beautiful candle lit private dining experience on the beach Khattik was our host, and even though he was fairly new to Bandos, and a little nervous. He was amazing, a great host & we thoroughly enjoyed conversing with him. Another shining example of how great Bandos is. All the staff, in every area of the island were just awesome. The snorkeling is amazing, the sun even in September is dangerously hot 🔥 The food was great and I recommend the all inclusive package, its worth it for the drinks alone, but also you get great discount at the other restaurants too. It's a long trip, an expensive getaway, but one for sure we will be repeating as soon as we can. Thank you Bandos .... Until next time 🙏

We had a wonderful stay at Bandos Maldives and truly enjoyed every moment of our holiday. We stayed in a Standard Beachfront Room, number 188, and really loved being so close to the beach. The island is beautiful, peaceful and the perfect place to relax🌴😃. We would especially like to say a big thank you to Uttar, who served us every day during breakfast, lunch and dinner. He was always very kind, friendly, attentive and welcoming. His warm and professional service made our meals even more enjoyable, and we were always happy to see him at the restaurant☺️. We would also like to thank the lovely housekeeping staff member who took care of our room during our stay. Unfortunately, I don’t remember his name, but he was always very kind and friendly, and our room was always perfectly clean and well taken care of. We really appreciated his work and the care he put into making our stay comfortable. The only small point that was a little negative for me personally was the bathroom sink area. There is only a small space where you can place a few items, such as a toothbrush and other small toiletries. For me, there was not enough space to keep my makeup products comfortably, and I also felt that the lighting around the sink was not quite bright enough for doing my makeup. However, this may be completely irrelevant to other guests, as it is simply a personal observation and preference. Apart from this small point, everything was absolutely perfect and we had a truly wonderful stay🤗. Thank you to the entire Bandos team for making our holiday so special. We are taking many beautiful memories home with us and hope to come back again one day! 🌴🌊
