Centara Ras Fushi Resort & Spa Maldives

The resort was fantastic. So beautiful and idyllic. The waters incredibly pristine and full of fish. The Overwater villa with swirl tub are excellent. The place is so clean and the food in the buffet and the individual restaurants is amazing. The entire staff are so warm and friendly, and their service is first class. A big thankyou to Viktoria at reception, Suvo at the buffet and Jo at the Giraavaru bar. This place is faultless.

We were a little trepidatious having read the vastly differing reviews on here, however I can happly say that this ranks among the best holidays we have ever had. From being met at the airport, the speedboat transfer (about 20 minutes) and being met at the dock by smiling & welcoming staff, the resort gave a great first impression, which continued throughout our stay. Our beachfront villa was more than adequate for 2 people, although clothes storage is a ittle lacking, but the bed is enormous & comfortable, the room was clean & the shower room & toilet were fine. The aircon & fan were more than adequate to cool our room. Housekeeping throughout our stay was excellent & once we got into the rhythmn of the resort, there were no more 0830 ake up calls to clean the room. The food & service in the Oceans restaurant (buffet) was excellent with great choice, the black dal especially was very good, always plenty of choice with an accent on SE Asian meals, which isn't surprising in SE Asia! All food freshly prepared, & the smiling cook staff at the stations for all meals were pleasant, friendly & helpful. The only downside of all our meals was the A La Carte Italian, which was a little disappointing, however this was one dish out of many meals, the Thai A La Carte was consistently good. All Bars (& Staff) were excellent, although we had an occasion where another holidaymaker was feverishly puffing on a Shisha & enveloping us in clouds of smoke, perhaps there could be an area assigned for this rather than have it within the main bar area? aside from this the bar staff were friendly attentive & chatty, always ready with more drinks if required. The beach was kept spotless throughout our stay & the pool area clean & safe. Much has been made of the views, yes there are Islands close by with work going on, but this never intruded into the resort & the view into the bay with ships moored & Male in the distance was quite pretty, especially at night. We had a trip with the diving school to see Stingrays, which was excellent if a bit choppy, & maybe the boats could have a longer boarding ladder, as it is quite hard to climb up in heavy swell. The SPA is excellent & we spent a couple of hours with a his & hers experience which was very welcome. The gym & amenities are all well maintained & staff are attentive. Overall we had a magical time here & didn't want to go home, in fact there really are no Cons to this resort we had an excellent stay & wouldn't hesitate to reccomend it.

Me and my wife stayed here for 5 days as part of our honeymoon trip. The resort was beautiful and the staff were fantastic. Our over water villa was comfortable and clean, with the cleaning staff being very quick and thorough. We are both vegan so all inclusive food can be a challenge, but on our first night we were greeted by Chef Devi and Head Chef Alessio who assured us that we'd be catered for. Every meal we were made fresh food such as pancakes, pasta, curry, cake, sandwiches and more. They went over and above to ensure we were fed delicious food. There are lots of activities available, plenty free and some paid as well. We had a great time and would recommend the resort to anyone.

Me and my partner stayed here in October, all the staff were amazing, especially Selem our housekeeper who always went above and beyond for us. We were celebrating my birthday and he decorated our room and got us a cake and sparkling wine. He always had a chat with us and was smiling, we couldn’t thank him enough!
