VARU by Atmosphere

Excellent place to bring family! We were travelling with a toddler who had very specific Indian food needs. Jayesh and his team were very generous in making sure her needs were met. The entire experience was great thanks to him & his team! Thank you!

Great experience, all staff are friendly and the food is delicious the location is nice

not acceptable. Thought varu is great place for relax and to enjoy holidays. For the price charge expected much better standards .. apart from rooms ..service is very slow and poor at main pool bar. bar service is extremely slow waited very long for the drinks . Cocktails were very watery , felt like just ice water . At bayrouge manager.. behaved very unprofessional and careless attitude zero customer service sense. His response was dismissive and implite Hygiene was very poor . bar sofa was not clean and felt unhygienic. Overall the place should be clean and neet for all customers.. when we are paying good amount for our tour .not worth this trip wasn't very happy ....

A great resort for couples and families As we tried it as a honeymooners 5 years ago And this year we went again with our toddler and baby And the experience was amazing! The staff were very helpful and supportive, thanks to everyone who helped us, especially Amir who arranged all the schedule for us from the moment we arrived. And also, our dear friends at the bar area, Ali Muaz and Shadow, who became a very close friends with my kids Alma and Adam.

We recently returned from a fantastic stay at VARU by Atmosphere, and we cannot recommend it highly enough, especially for families traveling with little ones. From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly welcoming and made us feel right at home. As any parent knows, traveling with two infants can be challenging, but VARU exceeded our expectations where so many other hotels fall short. The restaurant and bar teams were beyond friendly and made our children feel genuinely welcomed every single day. A special mention goes to Muaz at the bar, who was absolutely amazing and made our visits so enjoyable. The chef also went above and beyond, making sure our kids always had great food to eat and offering to prepare whatever they fancied. Our room was kept in pristine condition thanks to Malek from housekeeping, who added such a wonderful personal touch with daily surprises in our room that the kids absolutely adored. When we experienced a minor issue with one of our room doors, the Maintenance Manager, Peldus, sorted it out almost instantly. Above and beyond fixing the issue, Peldus took the time to give us an eye-opening tour of the resort’s sustainability initiatives, which was both fascinating and informative. Thank you to the whole VARU team for making our family holiday so seamless and memorable. We would highly recommend VARU by Atmosphere to anyone!
