Villa Nautica Paradise Island

The rooms are good, with a courtyard with a pool and access to the beach. Very cozy. The bathroom is large, there is both a bathtub and a shower, and there is also a shower in the courtyard. The staff is good; we were with a child and they brought us milk several times as a compliment. The grounds are beautiful, there is badminton, a tennis court, etc. In general, I liked everything, except that a lover of beef dishes might not be impressed, as there was almost none of it there.. but that is understandable. Our island host was SAYA, a friendly girl, she often asked whether we needed anything and whether everything was fine.

Special thanks to Mr. Saleem, who always took the time to stop and check on us and our baby whenever he saw us. His kindness and thoughtfulness truly touched our hearts. We are also grateful to Mr. Sharif, the entire buggy team, and their coordinator for their friendly service and helpfulness throughout our stay. Thank you for making getting around the island convenient and comfortable for our family. A big thank you to Mr. Mohamed, Mr. Biswa, and Mr. Jahangir for their excellent service at the restaurant. Special appreciation to Geethika and Manu at the restaurant reception for always welcoming us with warm smiles and genuine kindness. We would also like to thank the entire restaurant team for their attentiveness, teamwork, and wonderful hospitality, which made every meal enjoyable. A special mention to the entire Wavy Navy Kids Club team for creating such a welcoming and enjoyable environment for children. Your patience, care, and dedication made our family holiday even more special. Every team member contributed to making us feel valued and at home. The genuine care, warmth, and professionalism we experienced throughout the resort made our stay unforgettable. Excellent stay - great location, high quality service and a good room upgrade. We had to wait a while for the speed Boat departure at the airport but the return Journey was just the two of us! Our room was on the back beach which gave an excellent choice between the fairly busy main pool and deserted lagoon at the back. Our island host Riya was on WhatsApp if we needed anything. We had a very relaxing week and would recommend. Good value for money.

This was our second time visiting Nautica Paradise with our family, and once again, we had an amazing time! There is something special about this place that makes you feel relaxed and happy from the moment you arrive. The atmosphere is wonderful, the facilities are excellent, and the food was great, with so many options to choose from. But what makes the experience truly special is the people. Everyone was so friendly, always smiling, and ready to help whenever we needed anything. A very special mention goes to our island host, Saya. She was simply wonderful! What we appreciated most was how genuinely she cared about us. She was always attentive, checked in regularly to see if we needed anything, and made us feel that she truly wanted us to have the best possible experience. Her warmth and thoughtfulness made a real difference to our holiday. And then came a lovely surprise on our last night! Thanks to Saya, our stay was upgraded to a Water Villa with a Jacuzzi. It was such a wonderful gesture and the perfect way to end our holiday. It made our final night extra special and gave us another beautiful memory to take home. Thank you so much, Saya! Your kindness and the personal attention you gave us meant a lot to our family. People like you are what make a great resort experience truly memorable. We came back to Nautica Paradise for the second time, and we left with wonderful memories once again. The island is beautiful and just as imagined. The staff are excellent. The Italian restaurant was 10/10. The transfers were well done. I typically hate buffet food and this buffet was no exception. Luke warm, mass produced with no attention to detail. The buffet was huge, busy with bright lights. I assumed that as we were paying for our meals we would have the option of where to eat, however we only managed to eat in the Italian once, despite trying a couple of days before it was fully booked and the only other restaurant apart from the buffet was closed on a Friday, so the buffet it was for every meal. Our water villa was clean but dated and well used, the blind was broken and stained and the bath didn’t hold water, as the plug didn’t properly fit. The tap leaked, the sockets only worked if the light was on so we couldn’t charge our phone on a night. I imagine it was lovely in its day, but ready for TLC. I noticed the water villas at the end were being worked on, maybe this is going to happen soon to the others. I was pleased to leave the resort and head back to India. Everything in this resort is expensive which I expected, a can of Coke £5, a draught beer approx 1/2 pint £10 and a bottle of Italian Pinot approx £100 with taxes, but I didn’t get the food quality or ambience to match the high price tags. It was certainly very picturesque but the experience left me disappointed, I like to explore which you can’t do on an island really. Everyday is same same.
