Just got back from 12 nights. Hotel itself is lovely and staff are friendly. Especial shout out to Zeenath and Maria they were so lovely every morning and make the best Omelettes. Pools nice and area around are good. Not enough umbrella at the pool with swim up bar. Food was good in all areas. Things that let it down and make it not 5 star is service. Very slow to take orders, bring drinks etc. Pool towels were often stained and had rips in and often in afternoon box was empty and I had to wait a while after asking for some. Breakfast was good. Birds were an issue as they would get through doors where food was and would be eating the donuts hanging up every day and staff never covered them or stopped them. Also pool food often seen birds in kitchen eating stuff which isn't good. Pepperoni pizza wasnt available for first week and malabu was on all inclusive menu but never had any the whole stay. Offered the local rum but son didn't like it. Milkshake flavours (there was 3 flavours) would run out daily. 5 star shouldn't be having this issue. We arrived early and were told our room wasnt ready but tge staff were in there cleaning them both and we were priority to get into our room so won't be long. We waited over 4 hours. We asked about lmdrinks and lunch and was told our all inclusive doesnt start until 3pm. Really! on our final day we were leaving at 5.30am so seemed petty and never had that in any hotels ive ever stayed in. So just things that could be sorted easily need to be sorted.

Good experience! Kanishka and team were very welcoming. I appreciate granting us some hours checking out late as our lil one was catching up on his sleep. It means a lot to us. thank you Ludovic

The atmosphere is lovely. We enjoyed our stay mainly because of the people. Cheshta, Guru, Ingrid, Beeresh, Mahesh, Alex from the Spa, the guys from the glas bottom boat and all the others (sorry for not knowing all the names).

Incredible 5* experience. Staff could not have been more attentive, warm and friendly. Hotel facilities also incredible - beautiful food options, exceptionally clean, 5* customer service and great communication. Absolutely no faults. Would recommend again and again. Thank you for such a wonderful stay!

The whole experience has been fantastic this hotel could not do enough for me and my wife to make us feel welcome food was great and the service excellent our trips we’re booked through the hotel and we are very grateful to aqua solie especially darren our captain and his second officer aaron who took care of us all day showing and explaining in detail the places we visited we would highly recommend the hotel and aqua solie thank you all for making our holiday a special one
