Le Palmiste

Lovely resort with great atmosphere and good location for beach. Resort staff were all very freindly bar and kitchen. Special thanks to poonam ajay and zameer for always going that extra bit further many thanks.

Location was OK, very little atmosphere, the restaurant buffet was very average quality. The Manager Jean Phillipe was incredibly rude to his staff and made us feel very uncomfortable. Only saving thing was our waiter Sunil who was friendly, efficient and very professional, and his manager should be grateful he has such good staff. Sega dancers were great as was the singer, very talented and enjoyed that very much.

Shocking don’t stay here the noise is unbelievable it’s like being in a night club fourth time in Mauritius worst hotel experience we’ve had Asked nine months ago for a quiet room and this what you get never been to Benidorm it can’t be worse than this The hotel states parking available what it doesn’t say is there’s four spaces one of which is cordoned off for a director so 100 rooms 3 parking spaces so if you looking to rent a car be prepared to park the vehicle away from the hotel in overcrowded streets make sure you have excess insurance So far two out of five nights we’ve had to visit reception asking for towels because they’ve been removed and not replaced when our room is being cleaned all in all this has ruined our holiday

Very disappointing experience. No bottle of water was provided, even though the room had coffee-making facilities. The only water available was tap water from the bathroom. The food was poor, glasses and plates are broken, the staff were not welcoming, and there was no proper entertainment as the animation staff did not come and no alternative arrangements were made. Overall, the service was below expectations and I would not recommend this hotel. Worst experience ever with the family. No manners when talking.
