LUX* Grand Gaube

Where to start...quite simply a perfect holiday that will be hard to beat anywhere in the World! Our experience at the LUX Grande Gaube was wonderful from the moment we arrived until the very last minutes spent in resort. We can't wait to return and will consider ourselves very lucky to do so in the future. The resort itself, facilities, dining options were top notch with stunning views from our room/balcony overlooking the main beach/cove which we adored at Sunset. The customer service and attention to detail is spot on and ALL of the staff go out of their way to treat you with kindness. The dining options are wonderful at the Palm Court (excellent buffet available), while the A La Carte options at Cafe Rouge, Bodrum Blue, BB's and the Creole Smokehouse offer delicious food at lunch & dinner. If you wish to experience a further dining experience of the highest quality be sure not to miss out on INTI. Exquisite food by Chef Pedro, beverages by the excellent Mixologist and entertainment from the very talented guitarist who played an acoustic set during our meal! Kaviraj & Naresh were also so very attentive and kind! We cannot praise ALL of the staff enough, from front of house, housekeepers, groundstaff, people behind the scenes that make the resort what it is...thank you all. The ice cream van was WOW, coffees and frappe's from Cafe LUX were most welcome and delicious! We would personally like to thank several people who went above and beyond to make our holiday unique. Thank you to Varsha who looked after us in the Palm Court on a daily basis, aswell as at Cafe Rouge. Nund at Cafe Rouge treated us to some wonderful cocktails and greeted us with a lovely smile each and everytime we saw him. Ricardo at BB's and the Creole Smokehouse was extremely kind and attentive. Mahandra was also a firm favourite - he made us laugh at mealtimes and kept our glasses full whether we were at Palm Court, BB's or the Smokehouse (thank you ;o)). A huge thank you and shout out goes to the hard working/attentive beach waiting staff. The beach cooler boxes were amazing and the guy"s work tirelessly from sunrise until sunset. Thank you Kumar, Viresh & Reedoo for constantly looking out for us. Viresh has the kindest heart and works extremely hard - thank you for introducing us to friends and family at the Ganesh Festival celebrations and for looking after us! Last but not least thank you to the main man Reedoo who relentlessly took care of us. Nothing was too much trouble - we have wonderful photographs to cherish. Reedoo tirelessly looked after everyone from cleaning sunglasses, spritzing beachgoers with a spray (close your eyes and make a wish) to quite literally making dreams come true in paradise - ooh la la - thank you Reedoo 🫶 LUX Grande Gaube we hope to return someday soon but in the meantime keep creating special moments for your guests! Our 6th time at this incredible hotel. From start to finish we experienced nothing but good service with a smile, beautiful surroundings and the most amazing food. We stayed in a wellness room which was nicely cleaned by Yusalin who always went the extra mile by leaving little friendly notes and flower displays. Always a lovely welcome when you came back later. The hotel grounds were always attentively looked after by the gardeners and everywhere was spotlessly clean. Also a big plus for us was that it was very accessible for a wheelchair user. One of the reasons we keep coming back is because of the staff, they are incredible and we think of them more as friends now. We were always greeted with a warm welcome to make sure there was nothing we needed. Particularly helpful was Joenathan who as usual made sure things ran smoothly for us and he was someone we could always rely on. We shall miss our regular chats. We loved all the restaurants as well as the buffet with its amazing range of food which we considered to be of a very high standard. We tried many different cocktails and were encouraged to try new ones by Kevin. We loved all the ones he made! Thank you also to Stephen who showed me how to make one of their delicious crème brûlées, I will definitely be making them at home. We would just like to give special thanks to…. Diren for being so kind and attentive. Canderels were always on the table, x Nitisha for organising many special treats including the jetty, breakfast, canapés ❤️ Durgesh, Purgan, Veer, Reedo, Liam, Amit, Keshan, Darren, Ihshan, Avi, Leena, Vinish Chetan for their wonderful service towards us. Amazing meal at the INTI restaurant, all the courses were outstanding, a great experience which we shall not forget. Thank you Pedro. Lastly our lovely Chef Tesigen Ramen and Deepuck who both brought us food which not only looked beautiful but tasted incredible. We really appreciated their love of making us feel so special as did all the above. Please forgive us for not mentioning everyone, you all contributed to making our holiday so wonderful. Nitish GM we shall be back next year and look forward to seeing you all again!

This was an idyllic getaway for my husband and I. The food was excellent, the live music catered to all tastes and the staff were more than courteous and welcoming. The rooms are beautiful, clean and inviting. The spa is lovely with knowledgeable staff. Our room did have an issue with the minibar and we did have to ask several times for ice due to this. This was our only hiccup in an otherwise idyllic stay.

We had a wonderful experience at LUX Grand Gaube* while celebrating our friend’s birthday, and we would like to take a moment to sincerely thank the amazing team who made the occasion so special. ❤️ A very special thank you to Koushal Barman for his kindness, professionalism, and attention to detail. And a heartfelt thank you to the Bodrum restaurant team for taking such great care of us and helping make my friend’s birthday celebration memorable. The service, atmosphere, and attention given to us were truly appreciated. We had the most amazing honeymoon at Lux Grand Gaube! We splurged on the Ocean View Suite and it’s well worth it, the views of the beach, ocean and islands are simply incredible and the room and balcony are so spacious. We also opted for the honeymoon package which really made our time here even more special, all the activities including the spa credit, dinner by the pool and bubbles and canapés in our room. The food is next level, we were spoilt for choice each night but our favourites were hands down the Creole Smokehouse, INTI and Bodrum Blue. Big shoutout to Romario at Creole Smokehouse and Chef Pablo at INTI for the impeccable service and exquisite food. Kivesh the bartender at the Pisco Bar at INTI was amazing, teaching us to make lemongrass martini and whipping up the most delicious cocktails every night. We also enjoyed the live entertainment each night - great music and great vibes! We also found one of the message in the bottle which allowed us to enjoy a private cinema experience just for us which was extra special. We want to provide a big thanks to Deeptee our cleaner for room 3206, who firstly cleaned our room perfectly each day and also found my earrings I had lost in the room! She also wrote lovely messages to us each day which was very sweet. Overall we had such an incredible trip and memories to last a lifetime!!
