LUX* Le Morne

The warmth & genuine friendliness shown by all the staff is why we keep returning (we really do feel part of the Lux family), you are always greeted with a smile even by the newest staff members who may never have met you before. The whole package can be found at Le Morne from as mentioned the staff, the food (now with the addition of Mama Zenia a unique single table setting serving traditional Mauritian Creole food along with the story telling of the Mauritian way of life by the amazing Audrey) all this set on the wonderful beach at Le Morne. We feel that overall it is not really possible to mention all the wonderful staff by name (you hopefully know who you are, love & thanks to you all) that do such an amazing job including the departments that you have very little contact with. Once again thank you to everyone on our 11th return visit for looking after us both, this is why we continue returning.

A supreme culinary experience from Brigitte and Chef Mart. One of the most memorable parts of our holiday and probably the best Japenese cuisine I've had to date.

Wow! 🤩 We have finally found our absolute favourite destination in Mauritius — LUX* Le Morne! 🌴🥂 This is honestly the first hotel we’ve stayed at where we’ve all said, “We’re coming back here year after year!” We are having an absolute blast. The whole experience has been incredible — the beautiful setting, amazing food, cocktails, entertainment, atmosphere and, most importantly, how much fun the whole family is having. It just ticks ALL the boxes for us. ❤️ The kids are loving every minute, the adults are loving every minute… and nobody wants to leave! 😂 LUX* Le Morne, you’ve definitely won us over. I stopped by LUX* Le Morne for a drink during my stay in Mauritius, and what was meant to be a simple drink turned into such a lovely experience. The setting is absolutely beautiful — the atmosphere, the views, the beach and the overall feeling of the hotel are simply incredible. But what really made the experience special was the warm and genuine welcome from the staff. I had the pleasure of chatting with Abi, who was absolutely lovely. He was incredibly friendly, welcoming and genuinely attentive, and our little conversation made me feel so comfortable and taken care of. You can really feel when someone enjoys what they do, and Abi definitely has that special quality that makes an experience memorable. It was honestly one of those small but lovely moments that stay with you. I came for a drink and left thinking that LUX* Le Morne would be a beautiful place to come back to for a proper stay. A huge thank you to Abi for the wonderful welcome and for making my visit even more special. He is a real asset to the hotel and deserves to be recognised for the lovely energy he brings to guests. I would happily come back — hopefully for a longer stay next time! ✨🌴
