Shanti Maurice Resort & Spa

Beautiful scenery, lovely beach and so peaceful. The breakfast and all meals were great. The Halloween buffet was such an amazing offer of good food. I specially loved the fruit in the morning.

I went there with my partner to celebrate my birthday. We had booked a beachfront room, which was really amazing! Except for complimentary toiletries which were lacking (hydrating cream, toothbrush, toothpaste, comb, cotton buds, etc), the room was spacious enough with a great balcony. Unfortunately, we didn't have an iron for my birthday dress and waited for long, missing a lot of precious time in the room, missing the outdoor cinema session too. The hotel is really quiet and meant for people who do not need entertainment. It did offer a quiet time, which we needed, although during birthday celebration. The birthday was well-celebrated during dinner. Only the staff didn't get my name correctly and almost missed the target - heading to my partner! I wish my room and table were decorated for my special day. But these were not done, like other hotels I have been to. The food was really amazing though! 5 star worthy lunch and dinner. Breakfast: more improvement for sausages and timely delivery of omelettes to tables. We waited for more than 20 mins to have our omelettes. In the room, position of TV was not adapted to the bed- needed to turn it to our position. It was fitted for couch seaters. The AC would not go below 23 and we put on ceiling fan (which helped) as it was really hot at night. Overall, it was a good experience. We hope that Shanti Maurice will improve on the other stuffs, just like their delicious culinary skills!

Amazing place, beautiful surroundings, very kind staff and impeccable service, delicious food, lots of different options to choose from! Felt like home Far away from home. Thank you to all the team, we will be back

A wonderful stay, made even more special by Kanen We had a wonderful stay at Shanti Maurice Resort & Spa, and we would especially like to recognise our butler, Kanen. His warm welcome, genuine kindness, and attentive service made us feel truly valued. What stood out most was the personal care he brought to the experience. He helped make our time at the resort feel special and memorable. Kanen is a real credit to Shanti Maurice, and we hope the management recognises his contribution. It is people like him who leave a lasting impression and give guests a reason to return. Thank you, Kanen, and thank you to the entire team. We would be delighted to visit again!

A truly remarkable experience epitomised by exceptional food, service, accommodation and spa facilities. Food choice was extraordinary and it was impossible to make a bad choice. So many stand out individuals provided first rate service, but stand outs (I know I’ve missed some!) included Michel, Nikhil, Ayesha, Keshan, Lara and Vicky (who was also very knowledgeable about the wines on the menu) as well as the cocktail maker extraordinaire, Pritish. The excellent food and service was expertly brought together by the head chef Kevin Marchetti. His attention to detail and interaction with us was fantastic. The General Manager, Brice, was also highly attentive and it’s clear that his exceptional standards drive the quality of service at this superb hotel. We shall certainly return.
