Sugar Beach Mauritius

My family and I were there a few nights ago for my daughter's birthday dinner and it has been a huge pleasure to celebrate at Sugar Beach - Le Patio restaurant. Right from the welcome, the hostess, the waiters, everyone positioned at the cooking stations were an absolute delight and really helpful. We were spoilt for choice with the wide variety of options available and the quality of the food at the buffet was top notch. A massive thank you to each and everyone who made this such an enjoyable and memorable experience, especially to the ones who took the time to come greet us personally. We truly enjoyed every moment!

We’ve just had the most wonderful family week at Sugar Beach Resort Mauritius, and we honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. From the moment we arrived, everything was exceptional — the beautiful accommodation, delicious food, stunning surroundings, and, above all, the incredible staff who made our stay so special. The accommodation was 5-star, comfortable, beautifully maintained, and perfect for a relaxing family holiday. The food was fantastic, with plenty of choice and something for everyone, and every meal was made even more enjoyable by the warm and attentive service. A special thank you to three wonderful members of the team who went above and beyond: Nisha – thank you for looking after us so wonderfully throughout breakfast, lunch and dinner. Your warm smile, kindness and attentive service made every meal feel special. You always made us feel so welcome and looked after. Steven – thank you for keeping our room super neat, clean and tidy throughout our entire stay. We really appreciated the care and attention to detail — it made coming back to our room each day such a pleasure. Anuradha – a huge thank you for assisting us throughout our stay and for organising everything we needed. Your help, kindness and professionalism made everything so easy and stress-free for our family. It’s the people who truly make a holiday memorable, and the team at Sugar Beach certainly made our family feel very special. The beautiful setting, wonderful hospitality and attention to detail made this a holiday we will remember for a long time. We had an absolutely amazing time and will definitely be back soon! We spent our honeymoon at the Sugar Beach resort, and i could definitely recommend this venue. Scenery perfect, venue and service, world class, food fantastic, restaurants really great, a foodies dream. During our stay we were spoilt for choice. From the moment you arrive at Sugar Beach, you feel like royalty and family. The greetings feel warm and sincere in. A world created for tourists. Cliff Joseph, entertainment manager, always ensuring that everyone is having a great time, even joining in to show us how to graciously loose at cards. We had the time of our lives. To cap it all we had the privilege of being served by the most amazing man, SORAB, who has been doing the same job for 30 years, but does it so passionately that you would swear it is first day. He even took a few pictures for us during one of the amazing sunsets the island offers. We’ll miss you Sugar Beach, Sorab and Cliff, but the newly weds, will be back - Estie & Erhardt Scholtz, UK

The pool service from Fazel was exceptional. Always friendly always accommodating and going above and beyond....
