A Beautiful Hotel with Exceptional Service 🌴 We are on our honeymoon at the Sunrise Attitude right now and are very happy with our stay overall. A special thank you to Zina from the breakfast team, Hansheel, Avi and Nilish. ❤️Thank you for being so incredibly warm, friendly and attentive! We have rarely experienced such genuine hospitality. The entire team is amazing, always smiling and making us feel welcome. You really feel at home here! 🌿 Hotel Grounds & Atmosphere The grounds are beautiful, lush and jungle-like, and everything is extremely well maintained. The whole resort is clean and thoughtfully designed. We especially loved the concept of the different restaurants, the little tea house and the shop. It feels a bit like a small village and captures the charm of Mauritius perfectly. Just keep in mind that this is not a traditional luxury resort, but rather a charming, relaxed and informal hotel. 🛏️ Rooms The rooms are modern and tastefully furnished, and the housekeeping service is excellent. Personally, we found the bed a little uncomfortable and somewhat unstable. Two separate duvets for couples, as well as a bit more storage and shelf space, would also be nice improvements. 🍽️ Food The food is delicious and varied overall, with fresh fish, meat and vegetarian options every day. We also enjoyed the breakfast, especially the freshly prepared egg dishes and pancakes. A special highlight was the romantic dinner the hotel gifted us for our honeymoon. Such a lovely gesture, and the food was absolutely delicious! We would have appreciated a wider selection of tropical fruits, better jam and chocolate hazelnut spread at breakfast, as well as a few more side options at dinner like french fries. The service throughout the restaurants, however, was excellent. 🌅 Activities & Entertainment The hotel has a relaxed atmosphere and is perfect for unwinding. There are plenty of free daytime activities, including boat trips, sports and cooking classes. The entertainment team is never intrusive, which we really appreciated. In the evenings, there is mainly live music and smaller dance shows rather than big entertainment. This was absolutely fine for us, but worth knowing if you are looking for a hotel with a big evening programme. 🏝️ Location The hotel is located on the east coast of Mauritius, where there isn’t much going on outside the resort. The beach is beautiful, and having a road between the hotel and the beach didn’t bother us at all. If you want to explore the island, keep in mind that many places in the north and west are at least an hour away. We rented a car and loved exploring Mauritius that way. 🇲🇺 For us, Sunrise Attitude stands out because of its beautiful grounds, unique charm and, above all, its incredibly friendly staff. There are a few small things that could be improved, but overall, we felt comfortable and welcome throughout our stay. A huge thank you to the entire team for making our honeymoon so special. Spent two weeks all inclusive here in Sept-Oct. The staff are sooooo friendly and welcoming. All inclusive offering was possibly one of the best we’ve experianced. The only down side (although not a deal breaker) is the side of the rooms. We had the basic couple room on the ground floor. The patio/balcony was not very private and got no sun at all. TBH we didn’t spent too much time in the room but if I was to book again it would be in a villa or swim up room.

We have just completed our 4th consecutive visit to our favourite hotel and it simply gets better. It was lovely that lots were f the staff remembered our names from our previous visits. The management and staff really made our stay exceptional. The following people were excellent Avisha who looked after us in the social house Ravi who again looked after us in the social house Surekha who prepared and cooked absolutely amazing food Kavy who couldn’t do enough for us , nothing was to much trouble for him. Seena who made such lovely omelettes Sarita again who was extremely helpful Sanjeev. Thanks for sorting all our luggage Lovena who was so helpful and lovely and looked after us at the Tabaj Sanjiv looked after us at the kot nou and again really looked after us We had a fantastic special meal which was simply perfect our waiter was Sebastian. What a top guy, he made the meal extra special. Emmanuel thanks for making our holiday so special. I can not fault anything with this hotel . We have made so many friends and look forward for coming back next year.

The Hotel is really Beautiful. It has a Big Variety of things to do and a Lot of good cocktails to Drink (try the kotomil) Everybody is really friendly. The food is really good especially at the evening in the market buffet when Neelesh and his friend Soobam are cooking, they really cook some wonders. Thank you for the Nice stay and experience in your Hotel.

We travel a lot and must say this hotel is up there with one of the best! Everything is perfect! We had the villa with a pool and it was beautiful! Would reallly highly recommend- food lovely - drinks great! Beach is across the road and a short walk though lovely tree lined grass - would not hesitate to go back.
