Sunrise Attitude

We had an amazing honeymoon here, loved the vibe of the place and energy of the staff too. There was plenty to do on the grounds and we did 3days of excursions off site with Summertimes. The bar staff in particular were great and hardworking. As it was our first time being all-inclusive, it wasn't obviously clear what was included for our package, so always ask for menus and double check. If you're vegan just be careful and double check the labelling on items that look cheesy, other than that there are plenty of options for lunch and dinner.

We have just returned from a week-long holiday at Sunrise Attitude, and we would rate the hotel 9/10! We had a Swim-Up room with our own private pool. The room was spacious and had everything we needed, including a wardrobe, sofa and plenty of storage space. The bathroom was also large. In general, both the room and the entire property were extremely clean. Any issues were dealt with immediately. The staff were fantastic — very helpful and friendly, but never intrusive. We recommend trying all the restaurants and tasting the local cuisine, especially at Kot Nou. There is also a great selection of drinks, served in proper glasses rather than plastic cups. The ocean and beach are beautiful, and there are plenty of sun loungers both by the pool and by the ocean. We never had any problem finding a spot. The only minor downside was that the lunches could be a little repetitive, and the food — even the Indian dishes! — was rather mild and lacked seasoning. On the other hand, there was a great selection of vegetarian dishes, and we really appreciated the hotel's approach to sustainability and recycling. We also highly recommend the complimentary glass-bottom boat trips to see the coral reef! There are plenty of activities available at the hotel, but if you prefer a quieter holiday and don't want to take part in organised activities, there is also plenty of opportunity to simply relax and enjoy the peace and quiet. We sincerely recommend both Mauritius and Sunrise Attitude!

We had a lovely 10 nights at this beautiful hotel. The hotel itself is beautiful. There are 2 pools, the main one being quiet with no music in the day, which we liked and a smaller one at the social which was more lively so something for everyone. We enjoyed the food at all the restaurants, there are 3 plus a food truck in the afternoon so there is a good choice of buffet and à la carte options. We found the drinks to be a good quality, cocktails were made to order. We had a swim up room which we really liked. You only got the sun in the morning, but we enjoyed spending time in the morning here and then went to the main pool around 11.30 and didn’t have a problem getting a sun bed. The beach is also beautiful where there is a private area with sun beds. The bed was large and comfortable and the shower was powerful. The staff were really good and I would definitely stay here again in visiting Mauritius.
