Tonight we have been eating dinner at the Ō Beach restaurant, the service at the restaurant is very good, the staff is very nice and helpful. By the way, the food and the location is also excellent

Must stay hotel! I have a life threatening allergy and the staff went above and beyond to accommodate for me and keep me safe! Chef Vishal took exceptional care of as well as Yas in his absence, Vishal would check up on my every meal to ensure I was okay and all the staff are extremely attentive and so hospitable. Our house keeper Prety kept our room in immaculate condition. The location is only 10 mins for the public beach which is bigger than the hotels beach, but there are so many free activities such as snorkelling and paddle boarding and the hotel beach. Poz spa is the best massage I’ve ever had and was extremely good value for money with the promotion they had on. Live music entertainment was amazing to watch and along side the various drink options some people may never want to leave the bar.

Atmosphere was lovely. Service was excellent and very attentive. The food was very high class and good quality. No request was too much. Would highly recommend. We were served on the night by Mr Ashlay, Mr Seam and Mr Ishfaq. Thank you for a great evening.
