I enjoyed this second visit to this 4-star hotel. The personnel is exceedingly friendly and professional.

We recently stayed at Vernada Grand Baie to celebrate my 40th birthday and had a wonderful time. The birthday cake upon arrival was very much appreciated following a long journey! The hotel is beautifully located near the beach but also has a strong nature vibe, set within natural plants and palm trees, attracting a wide range if tropical bird life. Our stay was made truly special by the welcoming staff at the hotel. Doushan and Ajay, were so helpful during our stay, whilst Roukaya's professionalism and attention to detail made a lasting impression. It's great that the hotel contribute to sustainability and support local businesses through their use of a local florist to decorate the hotel with beautiful fresh flower arrangements. I'd recommend guests take advantage of the complimentary water activities on offer. The glass-bottom boat trip was a highlight, giving us a great opportunity to see the marine life, and the shuttle service into Grand Baie was incredibly convenient for exploring the local shops, restaurants, and marina. We had a lovely time and would recommend it to anyone visiting Mauritius!

The location is amazing, it’s close to the city and grand baie is about a ten minute walk which is lovely. It is right next to a beach that is lovely and quiet and I enjoyed the facilities like paddle boarding. Our room was lovely and spacious as well as very clean and the beds were very comfortable. The restaurant was delicious with an array of food and breakfast had lots of options. The scenery if beautiful at the hotel with lots of wildlife and plants which was extremely nice, especially seeing all the different birds. I really loved the stay and would definitely come back again.
