Veranda Pointe aux Biches

The location is great, hotel has its own beach, the customer service has been phenomenal, staff go above and beyond. Food has been really good, the local Mauritian food has been so tasty.

A very special mention must go to the wonderful team at Sandy Lane Restaurant, who made our dining experiences extra special and memorable. 🔥 Sara – the Firecracker & Plan Maker! What a star! No request was ever too big, and Sara always went out of her way to assist, organise and make us feel special. Her energy and personality are infectious! 😊 Anshika – The Silent One! Always friendly, always smiling, and incredibly quick with her service. Nothing was ever too much trouble. Thank you, Anshika! 💎 Jennifer from Housekeeping – What a Gem! Always friendly, always ready to assist, and greeted us with a smile. Thank you for making our stay so comfortable! Overall, we had such a wonderful experience. Wow wow wow!!! What a time we had. The personal was fantastic.

We went for our honeymoon here for 1 week. The hotel was so clean and the staff were SO friendly and welcoming. Avinash in particular was super friendly and always remembered us. Mauritius is a beautiful country and the excursions we did were also amazing. Food at hotel was good, they had a good variety as I am vegetarian too. They even gave us a complimentary meal at their à la carte restaurant as we were there for our honeymoon.

We had a great stay here! The location, atmosphere, cleanliness and amenities (e.g. fitness center, pool) exceeded our expectations. The food was good quality. Also enjoyed the activities such as traditional dancing and rum tasting. However, the best part of this hotel is the staff. Each person was super friendly and very helpful. Would definitely stay here again.
