Fantastic holiday, staff in the hotel were absolutely amazing Rosa in the bar was so nice and attentive, the food in the Restaurant was tremendous although the buffet restaurant felt scaled back as the hotel wasn’t overly busy, it was the most relaxing holiday

This is a review of the Spa! Amazing best spa I have ever been to. First class service and unbelievable massage. Special Shout out to Erika and Mariana. So kind and so attentive and did everything to make our visit wonderful.

Very quiet hotel for relaxation, people at front desk very friendly, room service and restaurant staff is so kind, bartenders always smiling, the staff in the swiming pool excellent, always aware of you. Cleanliness is perfect.

The perfect location and hotel for the most relaxing holiday, where stress just evaporates. This place is spectacular, with an atmosphere that is so relaxed and nothing is to much trouble for any of the amazing staff. It is clean, spacious and well maintained. Recently, all of the rooms have been refurbished to a high standard and are a joy to stay in. The spa and gym have also been updated/renovated providing first class facilities. If general activities are something you look for, the hotel also provides paddleboarding, aqua aerobics, painting lessons, yoga, & local wildlife education, with a local band/group playing in the evening until 10/11pm when all goes quite. Going back to the staff a special mention must go to Alan, who was always there to provide any help or assistance, making the holiday experience faultless. A young man by the name of Daniel, who worked in the 24hr bar/restaurant who never let your drink or plate stay empty, and finally, the team at Alux, the Mexican restaurant (K'ooben, Nuvola, The Grill, Sushi Bar & Buffet were all fantastic as well, ) but the team of Jeonie, Volentina, Jose, Luis, Arturo, & Sebostion, combined with the outstanding food made this place a true highlight. This was our second time here. If feels like coming home tona family of beautiful and kind staff. Excellent food (many keto Options too), quiet and dignified environment in a balanced communion with nature. A particular thank you to Alan from guest services for his kindness and attention .
