I really enjoyed the painting session led by Liz plus the energy/banter from Ciro & Diego. Really helpful staff members Cuellar, Leo, Eddie, Pau!! Highly recommend the session, hotel & overall stay <3

Diego, Cuella, Eddie, Ciro and Liz was amazing, had so much fun painting with them. They made it funny and relaxing especially Diego and Ciro. Love to do it again

Unfortunately, upon arrival, we received very little information about the hotel, dining, etc., and had to find our room ourselves while carrying our suitcases. It is a beautiful, green hotel. The breakfast and lunch staff are incredibly sweet and really try to remember your name; the rest of the staff are friendly, too. The entertainment is fun and well-organized, though some of the entertainers can be a bit unfriendly. Diego is the best!

Awesome Trip with a perfect hotel. There is nothing more to say. 10/10 The best words to Quetzabel. She rules everything at the buffet and lunch. She works in a structured manner and remembers all the details of the people. The hotel should know what a special gift she has. Alina & Eric

The activity team is the BEST hands down!!!!! Especially Paulina & Eddie!!!! Also the other entertainment staff, Diego, Leo & Cuellar!!!! They make us feel like family!!! So attentive and personable. I have been to this resort 5 times and will never go anywhere else!!! Hands down 5 stars!!!!!!
