Crown Paradise Club Cancun All Inclusive

We had an amazing experience. Hector was very friendly greeted us at the door. Super kind. Our waiter angel was very amazing with explaining the menu quick service. 10 out of 10 experience.

Great service, especially from Rubicel and Guadalupe! Good value overall. Facilities a bit dated and food was mediocre at best.

Just got back from Crown Paradise Club and honestly had such a good time! Most days we just hit up the buffet because everything was super fresh and easy, though we did check out Los Gallos one night—it was decent, but honestly the main buffet had so much good stuff we just stuck with that. The staff there are absolute sweethearts too, every single bartender and waiter is so warm and friendly, they really make you feel taken care of from day one. It was just so easy to chill out by the beach or lounge around the pool when we wanted to relax, but if you get bored there's a ton of stuff happening. They've got the water park slides, mini golf, volleyball, and live shows at night, so you can do as much or as little as you want. Total blast of a trip, would definitely recommend it if you're looking for a solid, easy beach getaway.

Everyone was extremely friendly. The staff at the Crown Paradise Club could not do enough to make our first holiday experience in Cancun a pleasant one. The TUI reps were very helpful, helping us organise excursiins and a sailing trip. Very child friendly but also offered adult only pool and bar where we met Carlos on level 8, adult only bar whose service is second to none, always smiling, made us feel special by remembering our names and always there ready to serve our next drink, even though we challenged him by frequently changing our request. Luis who catered to our every need and again offers a second to none service at the adult only pool on level one needs a special mention also, always smiling and willing to help. Thank you Carlos and Luis for taking such good care of us during our stay at Crown Paradise Club, it was a pleasure to meet you both. Our room had a sea view and jacuzzi and had everything we needed other than a coffee machine or kettle, which would have been nice. There is a regular local bus service which is reasonably priced and can take you to local amenities and the ferry. There was music playing during the day but not loudly, the pool with activities and entertainment had the most noise, which is understandable, but not for long periods. There was no noise after ten o'clock at night. Staff were constantly cleaning the rooms were always clean and in an evening, the floors of the sun lounge area around the main pools were cleaned.

A most enjoyable stay, staff super friendly and helpful. Very nice architecture in and around the lobby, hotel kept very clean!
