The service it’s good but not the best have a good view, food just a little bit more compromise to have a good customer service but not everyone we has a good experience with apolinar he is the only one give us a good service and it’s very nice

Lovely resort, food is fantastic, Gilberto and Cesar the pool bar staff are great .... highly recommend

Don’t know we’re to start , I’ll start with a good point staff were amazing accept for pizza guy really rude shouldn’t even be there , the hotel room was outdated but clean , the hotel grounds were filthy nobody going round cleaning the sunbeds were disgusting filthy the pools wasn’t much cleaner there was no were to sit at night to have drinks apart from round the pool , so didn’t even get dressed to go out clothes would have got ruined , so stayed in swim wear , they had chairs when entertainment was on at the pool side and they was rusty couldn’t believe my eyes , food what can I say about the food , unbeatable it’s was vile , we didn’t eat for 2 weeks apart from breakfast we had omelettes, and they had hotdogs at pool in day and a burger on beach in day , but when your there for 2 weeks you can’t live on burgers hotdogs , so we had to go out and pay for food which I don’t mind odd days but everyday it becomes expensive , they had peacocks and iguanas walking everywhere which is nice but nobody cleaned the poo up , I feel sorry for the staff and believe me the people who have gave this hotel 4/5 stars say no more about there holidays

After visiting this hotel with family we were very disappointed outdated definitely needs improvements subbed round pools and chairs were filthy not many places to sit and have drinks at night food was not good at all having to ask at dinner just for basics for grandson fries ect I would never visit this hotel again the staff at this hotel do work very hard a big shout out to APOLINAR at bar but was disappointed with one member off staff pizza man has a very bad attitude when approaching him just to order pizzas think he’s definitely in the wrong job overall would not go to this hotel but would go back to Mexico

I loved it great experience. All the staff were wonderful especially Jorge Tamay who was the nicest bartender. He was always ready to please and was extremely helpful, polite and very kind. My experience was so great because of people like Jorge that I am going back next December.
