Grand Palladium Costa Mujeres Resort & Spa

Unfortunately, our experience at this all-inclusive resort was very disappointing, especially considering the amount we paid for our stay. We decided to upgrade our room expecting a more comfortable and elevated experience, but unfortunately, the service did not meet our expectations. The customer service from several hotel employees came across as rude and unwelcoming whenever we asked for assistance. We also had a very frustrating experience with housekeeping. Our room was only serviced once during our entire stay, despite us requesting service multiple times a day over several days. They finally came to clean the room the night before we were leaving, but even then, the bed sheets were not changed as I had specifically requested. For the price we paid and the expectations that come with staying at an all-inclusive resort, we expected much better service and attention to detail. The resort itself may have some nice features, but unfortunately, the lack of customer service and housekeeping really took away from our overall experience. We left feeling disappointed and would have expected much more for what we paid.

We had a fabulous 2 weeks doing all the activities with the animation team but Emeliano went the extra miles and be came a good friend, he's a credit to the hotel!

Emiliano i’d the best entertainment. he always delivers on any of your needs or want and he goes above and beyond for his guests. He made us feel so welcome and helped us feel anything. He had a great sense of humour and took our holiday to the next level. 10/10 recommendation. He was amazing.
