Liz was great at the bingo on the piano bar as well as the activities at the Beso pool. She is super outgoing and gets everyone involved in the games and makes everyone welcome

We travelled as a family of 2 adults, 1 toddler alongside our friends, also a family of 2 adults & 1 toddler. We had a super amazing time at ORP, makes me wonder why there are any negative reviews about this place. The resort is squeaky clean, well maintained, they have really hardworking and friendly staff. We were treated with so much kindness, from the shuttle drivers, to cleaners, waiters, chefs, bartenders, everyone really. It's our first time in Mexico and we loveeeeee Mexicans already. I lowkey hope to learn their language someday. The only con about ORP is the Seaweed at the beach, which we anticipated cos of the reviews we read before travelling. The pools are great, especially those beside the beach. Food and drinks were truly unlimited and they didn't make us feel like we were doing too much in any way. We're Africans and not so familiar with majority of the foods we ate, yet not a single one of us had tummy trouble, this says a lot about how healthy their food is. Big shoutout to Ana Banana, she was really friendly with our toddlers and made us feel very much loved. Y'all staff at ORP rock, keep being awesomee. We'll definitely be back another year. #HumanWrittenNotAI

Experience team Armondo was amzing and kept all of the pool engaged the entire time he worked

We have stayed at this resort for only 4 days in privilege section. I must say our experience has been amazing. The staff (our butler Adrian, Jennifer pool waitress especially) were just awesome and went above and beyond to make our stay perfect. Resort is very clean and well maintained, the grounds are beautiful and the food and drink selection at the bars was just spectacular. Must try the steak house, we absolutely loved it there. Great atmosphere and great food. Overall all great resort and we already booked our next vacation there in May :)
