Brigit is the best at bar wet 1.

Rigo was really nice and welcoming. When we needed something he was always present.

Brigit bar wet 1 was amazing. Excellent service and showed up so fast!!!! I would come back because of her service!!

I started coming here in 2018, 2019 missed 20/21 because of Covid 2022, 2023, 2024 not 25 because of my husbands feet. and 2026. We are here this year 7 weeks. Love it We meet lots of friendly people here and a few of them become Facebook friends. We have come 6x to this resort. Every-time we have no problem with checking in. Staff are very friendly and helpful. They remember you from 2 years ago. I always tip when go to restaurants, bar service and cleaning staff. I am a member and I like the fact that we have our own breakfast restaurant and the staff even give you bracelet (Yamilet) that is special and our own members pool and by the beach area that we share with gold bands. The guest services in the meeting place are very very helpful especially Lore. The problem now the cats are not allowed in the guest services area they were nice to see there. The best restaurants are the French, Asiana and Mexican. The other 2 Italian and steak house are good but not my favourite. We go nightly to the Avenue bar and meet great members there and have great conversations. Always order a latte. This year we are staying in a hacienda by the bull and it is handicap as my husband has has feet problems and uses a scooter to get around the resort, yes he can walk a little bit. The location is great. We were sad when poncho the donkey past away in August she seems lonely with out her friend there. Overall the staff are excellent here. No complaints. Our contract runs out in 2032 and will come every year till then. Rating this hotel I would give it a 10 out of 10. The is lots of choices of food places to swim8000 and 9000 rooms that is where I am writing my from. The people that complain about this place must be fussy.

A big thank you to Izabel, Haby, Carolina, and Gabi for the wonderful service at the spa. Also, a special thank you to Frederic from Air Transat for the warm welcome!
