Sensira Resort & Spa Riviera Maya

Such a wonderful experience. You get your own concierge who walks you through the sauna steam room cold plunge Jacuzzi before your massage and the deep tissue massage was absolutely incredible. All the added touches that I’ve never experienced.

This hotel will truly surprise you, the amazing view from my room is just incredible, authentic flavor in all the restaurants, drinks are very good and it's refreshing from the usual mega resorts in the area. Definitely recommended.

Sensira was nice. It has some areas that needed some additional maintenance. The rooms were nice. The showers could use some more water pressure. The buffet was only open a couple of nights are week. The Italian restaurant was pretty good. The Mexican restaurant was ok. The Steak restaurant was really good. The desserts across the property could all use an upgrade. The amenities available were nice. The had a nice area with pool tables and other games. They had a rooftop tennis court, basketball court, and 18-hole mini golf. The area also hosted a karaoke night. The "disco" didn't open until 11pm. It needs an upgrade. It only had a few people and it was uneventful. It sits in a remote area, all alone which is nice. The occupancy was low so the lack of dining choices was not a problem.

Edwin at Knights Pub is phenomenal! His service is equivalent to a high end luxury resort. We ended each night here to enjoy his company and his amazing drinks.

Knights Bar was a highlight of our trip. The drinks Edwin made were absolutely amazing. The hotel is very family friendly with adults only areas.
