Sensira Resort & Spa Riviera Maya

We upgraded to the amber room which includes the lounge. Lounge was staffed 10 percent of the time. Resort didnt carry bottled water. I asked relentlessly and answer was no. The service was mediocre. And food was poor. It took over 90 minutes for room service. Hot tub wasnt hot. Was apparently broken. Ceilings dripping in steakhouse. The alarms would go off everyday in kids club which were high frequency and damaging to children's ears. Maybe ok for Mexican standards but american standards were far from ok. Much improvement needed.

Enjoyed our first experience at Sensira as a low key quiet escape from the rush. Food at restaurants was excellent and service from staff was over the top. Kudos to Diego the bellman, Eva at the main dining hall and Janitzia at the beach for taking such good care of us! Can’t wait to see you again!

This is our first time at this resort. It’s very family friendly with lots for the kids to do. The entertainment staff was great and Felipa in the Italian restaurant went above and beyond to make our experience amazing. One of the best meals we had at the resort. And Jose Louis at the pool bar always had a smile on his face and so happy to see everyone. Made our pool experience so much fun!! Everyone was so helpful and our butlers were so attentive and responded quickly to anything we wanted or needed.

Very family friendly. Felipe was our server at the pool day one and a couple nights for dinner. He was amazing and made everything so special. Remembers his customers - knows what they like and builds the relationship. The beef tenderloin at the Italian restaurant was hands down the best meal of the trip. Felipe even brought out a special goodbye dessert with a “show”. Jose Louis at the pool bar was so fun and friendly! Always a smile and full of suggestions (and jokes). Staff was all amazing and accommodating.
