Sensira Resort & Spa Riviera Maya

Location is on the beach so that's perfect for us. Family friendly atmosphere with a good size water park/arae for kids which my 2 and 4 year old loved. Room was really nice, clean and large. Had room for all our stuff. The resort was perfectly priced but I will mention that the shop and spa service are pricey. Noise level was great. Service was amazing. There is always someone ready to help. Chef Angel and our waitress Anna at the Italian resteraunt were fantastis. Also, notable is Captian Fransisco at the mexican resteraunt and Samuel at the buffet. What was also nice is that the general manager check on us multiple times. I can't forget about the baristas at the tea house and servers by the pool. Everyone made us feel welcomed and well taken care of. The best part is the extensive options for my kids to be entertained.

Julia provided an outstanding service at La Finca de Ana today, the food recommendation was spot on. We celebrated my wife’s B-Day and the restaurant’s crew kindly brought us a Feliz Cumpleaños desert and sang the Mexican version, very cool. Francisco the Captain and Ana (del Italiano) the other waitress were also very attentive; we highly recommend this restaurant.

An amazing amazing trip!! Hospitality is amazing! I was constantly asked how everything was. I was asked to give them any and every feedback that we had. Everyone is so kind and caring. I am so happy that I got to spend my birthday week here

This was an AMAZING experience ever! I want to specifically thank Fidel! He was an AMAZING person and made my stay very special and welcoming. I felt very relaxed and I enjoyed my stay because of him. It was also my sister’s birthday and he did a surprise birthday cake for her and sang happy birthday for her and she feels very special and loved and I thank Fidel soo much for that! I genuinely cannot wait to come back here in the future with the rest of my family. Thank you sooo much Fidel for making our vacation the best vacation ever! We will never forget how special you made it for us!
