On the whole very good but, would question 5 star status! Great location, lovely hotel/rooms/facilities/ambience etc. Against: • Bar continually ran out of cold beer!! This was due to fridges not being re-stocked! • Buffet breakfast chaotic! (Excellent choice of food however). • Dreadful repetitive music playlist (repeats around every 30 minutes) around hotel! Create a much longer playlist!!! • Early morning wake-up call not made. • Evidence of poorly maintained decking around hotel. Due to these ‘issues’, 4 stars is more appropriate. Would stay again.

A very nice hotel in a great building and good rooms. Great facilities in the hotel and well kept. The spa area is very good, although the steam room was so smelly we couldn't go in again after a first try. Room, bathroom and amenities inside were clean and well-kept. Good and clean swimming pool, lot of nice relaxation areas and facilities in the hotel. It is in a nice location too, only 5 mins walk from beach and restaurants. At least 2 other beaches are also walkable distances from the hotel. Not the hotel's fault but it was full of babies and kids (in Aug). However, the staff was a big negative. We had to ask everyday multiple times for coffee and cream refills as housekeeping didn't refill them everyday. Hotel does not communicate to guests about major festivals in town and the evening events in the hotel (info screens didn't have anything either). If you ask them something, they expressed their displeasure at you to have inconvenienced them. The majority of the staff had a lazy and I don't care attitude.

Fabulous hotel cosy room great choice of food for breakfast and dinner. Indoor and out door plinth excellent not downfall not enough pointers by outside pool. Pleasant staff. Own part on beach to go to with hotel buggy to take you down they supply pool towels. Plenty of shops and bars restaurants along beach front

Hotel Ami is a very cozy place. I would say the best place to stay in Petrovac. During all the stay we felt very comfortable. Very tasty food, nice view, amazing beach , and a very professional staff. We are very grateful a very professional manager Gojko Popovic for his desire to solve all our questions and problems.

We stayed here the last week of July. Aspects of the hotel work well, such as the staff and the facilities. We found the breakfast good and varied and whilst more expensive than local restaurants and supermarkets, the in house food wasnt that much more expensive. It just needs a bit of common sense. For example, there's a good singer and live music nightly. The 2 days it rained it worked perfectly in the cocktail bar inside with him singing. Instead for the other days the music was outside in front of barely anyone and meant up to floor 9 and 10 you could hear it clearly. It's only until 11pm but with a toddler (and many kids at the hotel), it was an odd move. Then you have one lift randomely out the whole time, meaning one lift was very busy. They said it was for refurbishment, but staff were regularly using it. Easy to fix issues. I'd also say the hotel could put in place a minibus (and charge a small fee) to get into places like Budva and Kotor. It's not easy with the transport system in Montenegro quite poor. This is meant as positive suggestions as it's not far being bang on. The people in Monetenegro and the hotel are lovely. The place is beautiful. Not far off being really good.
