Splendid Conference & Spa Resort

Overall good experience at this hotel. Bedrooms are large, a little dated, but nothing to moan about. The pool is great with plenty of sunbeds available. The pool is not heated, but it’s 30 degrees out there - who wants a heated pool??? Free sunbeds on private beach and decent beach towels available. The hotel restaurant on the promenade was great. Food was fantastic and reasonably priced. There are lots of other restaurants on the promenade to also choose from. Do I think the hotel is 5 star - No, buts it’s a decent 4 star hotel.

Large resort hotel situated on the beach. Well maintained with a large swimming pool, seperate childs pool and a private beach. The bedroom are large comfortable in clean condition but with dated decor. Promenade restaurant expensive but very good food. Breakfast buffet like a mad house unless you eat immediately when it opens at 7.00am.

Staying at the hotel for 3 nights. nice and good dinner. unfortunatelly no way to have plain water from tap on dinner. only paying 7 euro for bottle of water. no permittion to bring water with you.

The Splendid Resort is located in Becici Beach, about a 15 minute drive from Old Budva. It’s a huge facility that has a private beach, pools, a number of restaurants, spa plus a casino. There is also pharmacy located outside of the property. Breakfast was included in our stay and was quite robust with a range of eggs, waffles, borek, cheeses, salad and fresh fruit. The property is was spotless and was constantly being cleaned and maintained. Housekeeping was available twice a day upon request. The dining room was set with white gloves. They also have an entire building with kids activities with security. There are toys and a Sony PlayStation. In addition, there are tennis courts and ping pong tables. There was also constant pool-side entertainment. My gripes: - As a family of 4, they expected my kids, ages 8 & 9 to share the sofa bed which is the equivalent of a full bed. They would kill each other. They finally brought a cot with a horrible mattress and my daughter ended up sleeping with us - We did not understand how to use the lighting system or how to signal housekeeping - The outlets are in an awkward position making it hard to charge devices Tip: Save money my buying snacks at the market up the block from the hotel. Turn left and cross the street

Checking in was hell! Everyone pushing in no manners whatsoever, we’re told the room will be ready in 5 minutes and 20 minutes later we’re told to wait again. Absolutely disgraceful.
