Nosalowy Dwór Resort & SPA

We stayed in new part of hotel in Rezydencja II. Room there was very spacious, with big bathroom and lots of storage space. Breakfasts in object are really good with great selection of food, so everyone will find something to eat. Additional value are of course gym, pool with few jacuzzis and saunas. You can also buy car park here if you're arriving by car. It's useful if you plan go hiking as location of hotel is only 30min walk from entrance to Tatra's National Park and parking itself is cheaper than car parks around. All staff is also very helpful and polite.

Great hotel with a very nice atmosphere. The staff was friendly, and the rooms were large and very comfortable (we stayed in Nosalowy Dwór Rezydencja I). There were 4 saunas, a swimming pool, and a jacuzzi. The breakfast was excellent with a huge selection of food. A big plus for the fresh pancakes prepared on the spot by a very friendly chef :) We also loved the large balcony with a beautiful mountain view. The mountain view was not even mentioned in the room description, so it was a very nice surprise.

Wouldnt give more than 2 stars, purely for room experiance, even though rest of the place is really nice, pool, spa breakfast really nice. But the rooms in ''old part'' of the Resort definitely needs some work done. Stains on carpets and beds, electric gone off one night, glass on bulb broken. On arrival beds not ready for a child, and not enough towels, had to chase hotel up. For what You pay its not worth, at least not in the old part not connected to the new buildings.

Grand Nosalowy Dwór Hotel consists of four facilities: Residence I Nosalowy Dwór, Residence II Nosalowy Dwór, Hotel Grand Nosalowy Dwór and Hotel Nosalowy Dwór. Each of them differs in the level of finishing, . Our stay was at Residence I Nosalowy Dwór. Large room with very comfortable bedding, balcony, refrigerator, safe, balcony. Bathroom everything was very neat! Possibility to use the sauna area and the swimming pool. The staff is very friendly. Tasty and varied breakfast and dinner buffet. It is a complex that is worth recommending.

Was here for a night as part of large tour group so experience limited and had no opportunity to use spa and pool. It's a resort hotel obviously popular with families with young children. The outstanding feature is that most rooms face the mountains so you wake up to snow falling on rooftops in an idyllic landscape reminiscent of Switzerland and the Alps, only this is the Tatra Mountains, breathtaking. The rooms are fine except that the safe and fridge are hidden behind a sliding door so you need to push aside this aside to locate these features. Rather odd as there are no written instructions in the room or maybe we miss it as overseas visitors with no knowledge of Polish. Be prepared for the very crowded breakfast buffet which is varied, comprehensive and delicious but long lines queue for the items as there are families and tour groups. However, there's an adjacent room where we see people going for pancakes and wraps.
