Wonderful place Great views, great service. Great staff.

Text: Wonderful stay in lovely low key hotel , perfect base to explore central and eastern side of the island, we were so happy to return each evening. Great beach 5 mins walk away and nice pool. Breakfast in sea view dining room a delight. Views from every room a spectacular wash of blue sea. Very laid back, clean bright hotel very welcoming with stunning views from the moment you walk in A few upgrades needed though. Terrible bath towels on all but one day. For a 4* hotel needed good bathroom products not all in one single product like a cheap motel . Old and broken umbrellas by the pool and cheap and old sun loungers Staff super nice

Unfortunately, breakfast fell short: we frequently had to wait for a table, and the same limited menu was served every day. On top of that, the sauna we’d reserved wasn’t heated properly — it was still at 30°C because staff forgot to switch it on beforehand

Stayed for 4 nights in June 2026. Really nice hotel. Great room and all the staff were excellent and helpful. Guests lovely too. Will remember Betty in particular who we loved chatting to about how she’d been taken up the main path and the back door to the Azores all day. Thank you to all the wonderful staff.

With a fabolous setting this is a winner. Very efficient and friendly reception and top notch hygiene. Spacious public area and decent rooms with knock-out views. The breakfast is modest, but fine. We enjoyed eve
