Really a great property, the customer service was outstanding, there was a little issue the first morning at check in but they more then made up for it, great Amex FHR hotel, Luis at the front was particularly helpful.

We had a fantastic stay and couldn't have asked for a better experience. The hotel was beautiful, clean, comfortable, and well maintained, with friendly and attentive staff who made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The room was spacious, the breakfast was excellent, and every detail contributed to a relaxing and enjoyable visit. The Azores are absolutely breathtaking. The island's lush landscapes, volcanic lakes, dramatic coastlines, and charming towns make it a truly unique destination. We loved exploring the natural beauty, trying the local cuisine, and experiencing the warm hospitality of the people. It's the perfect place for anyone looking to enjoy nature, tranquility, and authentic culture. We would happily stay at this hotel again and highly recommend both the hotel and the Azores to anyone planning a memorable vacation.

It is in our mind best hotel in Azores. Clean luxury sustainable peaceful pristine Amazing servicing Great location. Want to shout out to Rodrigo at lobby, Joanna at rooftop restaurant. Get their Cesar salad everyday. So good.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The rooms and service are excellent. We loved the spa. We especially liked the welcome cheese platter and complimentary beverage services. The bed was super comfortable. Everyone goes out of their way to help you.

We were beyond pleased with this hotel. The hospitality is impeccable. The rooftop bar area was relaxing and the service staff at the spa could not be more accommodating (thank you Tiego!). All the hotel staff were invested in a lovely stay for us. I would highly recommend !
