It was our 2d visit to Viva Heavens this year, no regrets. Amazing beach, clean premises, good quality food with thematic suppers and of course excellent team working hard to make your vacation pleasant, always attentive to customers requests. Special gratitude to front desk manager Francisco and Jhoeney, buffet hostess Maria, Beach Bar Leonardo Garcia, pool bar Luz Maria. No doubts, we will be coming back next year, at this place we know our vacation is guaranteed to be excellent.

Very good hotel, with amazing staff ready to help you out. The hotel is super clean and organized, as they are always changing things around. The entertainment team is incredible, with a huge shout out to Ramirez and Felix who were incredibly fun to be around and made my stay unforgettable. Shout out to the girls in the team as well since they are very nice 😊

We stayed at this resort which in my view is just average , the room we stayed was clean but dated no balcony and doors not blocking the light from hallway and locks were annoying we had to go to the reception daily sometimes few times , also no elevators . Beach is very nice but they play the music very loud and gets annoying hard to relax , snack bar was pretty good. Location was pretty good wasn't far from the airport maybe 20 minutes with a very old and uncomfortable small bus .

We had a lovely stay at this resort. Very friendly staff, clean and the little coffee shop was amazing!! The downside was the pool not being open during our stay and unfortunately our travel agent did not inform us prior to booking. This would have been a deal breaker. Because of this, we were at the beach all day which was great other than the constant borage of beach venders, continuously other than when you were in the water. Even walking the beach we were harassed by people selling time shares. Disappointing considering we went to relax and it was really hard to do that with being bothered non stop. We would not return based on that alone. Other than that it was such a nice small resort and exactly what we were looking for.
