On first impression this hotel was stunning. We spoke to the reception staff who were all really friendly and spoke good English so it was an easy process. We got a free upgrade and the room was stunning. On the first night the food in the buffet was out of this world. Attention and detail went into every aspect. The seafood selection was something else and the sushi was amazing. The first morning we went down for breakfast the staff were very helpful offering you drinks and cleaning your palates promptly. The selection was pretty standard but was nice.a lot to choose from. Unfortunately the breakfast remained the same throughout the week and did not change. By day 4 we were bored of the selection and sometimes would even skip breakfast due to lack of breakfast things to try. We booked 2 trips with the tour guide in reception. Again he spoke good English so was an easy process. I think we could have got the trips a bit cheaper had we booked online however we were hesitant to leave the hotel without a tour guide. Scape park / this is is a must do! Value for money was second to none. There is so much to do for all the family from zip lines , swimming, Buggy rides we had the best day here . You get dropped off around 09:00 and get picked up around 16:00 and was about 40 mins away. Soana island / this is an experience that’s if you didn’t see with your own eye you wouldn’t believe it existed. They only thing I would say it was a very long day I think it needed up being over 12 hours so take your own food and drinks. You do get provided with some but as your out for so long it’s probably not enough. This leads me to the last few days of the holiday. Unfortunately for us we found the services started to lack, we weren’t being offered drinks at breakfast at all. Despite tipping in previous mornings. Staff were overly less attentive. We called the concierge service to pick us up from our room when we were leaving unfortunately they said they sent somebody but we were late getting to reception. Luckily we didn’t miss our bus for our flight home. Overall, it was a nice hotel and the staff were nice due to the activities that we did being so special we probably wouldn’t go back to the specific hotel.

Very family oriented, pools and beach area all very noisy. I wouldn’t recommend to either the elderly or people with mobility problems, the complex is very large and you need to rely on the trolley buses to get about. The rooms are good and the food excellent, the al e carte restaurants are very good and three visits included in the cost of the holiday, don’t miss the Mongolian experience. Organised trips out can be expensive and I didn’t find it value for the cost. All the staff are friendly and helpful.

***AWFUL*** There were several issues throughout my stay, particularly concerning the quality of the food and the level of service provided. The food was disappointing and did not meet the standard I would expect from a hotel of reputation. In addition, the service was unsatisfactory, leaving me feeling frustrated and dissatisfied with the overall experience. However, the most upsetting and serious issue was discovering that a personal item had gone missing from my room: a bracelet that holds significant sentimental value to me. My bracelet was inside a bag which would have had to be rummaged through to find. This is not simply a piece of jewellery; it is something deeply personal that cannot easily be replaced. The thought that my belongings may not have been safe in my hotel room has caused me considerable distress and has completely undermined my confidence in the establishment.I found this situation completely unacceptable and I wasted two days of my holiday figuring out why my bracelet was taken.Guests should be able to relax and enjoy their stay without worrying about the security of their personal possessions. When I figured out my bracelet had been taken whereby I did not notice immediately due to not wearing the bracelet the full two weeks I stayed at the hotel, I contacted management immediately. The security escorted me to my hotel room and searched my whole room to ensure that the bracelet had not been misplaced. Security took photographs of where the bracelet was last seen and a photograph of the bracelet I had on my phone. I was informed that the investigation would take up to 24hrs and someone would be in contact. 24hrs went by and no-one had been in contact so I attended the privilege lounge to discuss an update. The manager read a report back whereby in the report gave times I left my hotel room and returned back which were laughable due to them stating I left my hotel room at 1am and returning back at 5am, when infact, I was fast asleep!!!! I was accused of wearing the bracelet one evening and returning back without the bracelet. I was in shock because I was 1000% sure, I did not wear my bracelet once the whole two weeks I stayed at the hotel. I requested the full report from security whereby they denied me receiving the report and a photograph of myself so called wearing the bracelet. They gave me an email to contact and stated that they will send all information and photographs within 24hrs, over 48hrs later, I have received nothing….. Furthermore, I was extremely frustrated and requested to speak with someone higher than the management I spoke with. I was greeted by another manager who again proceeded to accuse me of losing the bracelet myself however failed multiple times to show me the proof. I requested a police contact number which again I was denied and the manager, NEIKY, stated, “I DO NOT HAVE A POLICE CONTACT NUMBER.” I was in absolute disbelief, how does a hotel who accommodates thousands of guest, does not have a contact number for police. I then request for police to be brought to the hotel which they again denied. Essentially, I wanted to file the report of theft and most importantly I needed a crime number. Due to being restricted from contacting police, I then ordered an uber to the police station at 21:45pm which is daunting due to being in a country I do not know, to have the ability to file a report of theft. Throughout my experience, I was spoken to by higher members of staff (management) disgustingly and to not even have an apology of my experience is unprofessional. I am not the person to write reviews and I will praise somewhere where it is needed, however I fear for future guests attending this hotel and hope that my review will help those that have booked to stay to not experience what I have experienced.

Had an amazing time, it seems that there is food and drinks available 24/7 so you really get the most for your money. The pools are clean and fun. Bars are super fun and they have heavy pours so you can have a great time. I highly recommend the blue bar by the beach, Jose was my bartender and he did such a great job the whole family came back and asked for him to see him and say hi everyday we were there, he added a great experience to the whole trip. Highly recommend!
