Very good, there are no words to express the attention of everyone in general, but in particular the care recieved from Nayeli, Aris, Yessenia, and Stefany from animation team! They have high-level personal care, which makes them full-handed professionals. They were one of those who made our stay wonderful. We thank them all for the attention and care!

We just got back from this hotel and are absolutely thrilled. As for the beach, there is a bit of seaweed at this time of year, but the atmosphere and the people there are a whole different story. We wanted to give a special shout-out to the incredibly friendly staff—Julio from reception (a very helpful, lovely guy) and Leonardo; they helped us get to the airport. Then there was Eden, the guy selling the wellness spa packages—he had such wonderful energy. The parties at the hotel were amazing. The chef at the 24-hour bar near reception would make us a special hot dog with fresh toppings—incredible. Usher, the young bartender with the curly hair, was great too. The whole team at the poolside bar—including Salami—was hilarious and fun. Everyone at this hotel is amazing; you simply can't get bored there! We highly recommend it! Would highly recommend this resort. It is absolutely beautiful. Check in: very quick and easy Room: Beautiful vaulted ceiling, room was very spacious, loads of storage, fridge, AC was brilliant, shower was huge and powerful. Very peaceful, comfortable beds I slept very well throughout my trip. Cleaners came everyday however the standard dropped, the sinks didnt get fully cleaned and floors where only cleaned down the middle we had some dirt behind the door and edges of the room which was left for the duration of our stay. Didn't affect us however shouldn't really be happening at a 5 star resort. Restaurants: We visited the Italian, Tex Mex, Sports Bar, Dominican and Asian. Personally the Italian was my favourite the Dominican was my least this is down to my fussiness, all restaurants where very clean and we received quick service. You have too book online via a QR code but check regularly as availability changed all the time. I would recommend trying as many as you can. Foodhall: loads on offer and even something for the fussy ones (me) it does become repetitive however is still really nice and very clean, the tables are keep cleared and cleaned regularly, our glass was never empty fantastic service from all staff. Pools: we visited the two large pools and one is lively with entertainment team however we personally preferred the quieter pool by the beach bar, we did have trouble getting drinks right at the beach bar pretty much everytime we went, I found that the staff where too busy talking to each other than actually listening to what I wanted so my order was constantly wrong. All I wanted was a sprite with a small amount of beer which isnt a hard order however it was constantly the other way round, just take the time to listen thats all. Entertainment: circus night was absolutely incredible, the entertainment staff really work hard and very friendly. Mixed entertainment throughout trying to accommodate everyone but clearly loads of effort made behind the scenes to provide good entertainment. Nathaniel made a huge effort with my partner and remembered his name after just one conversation these little things go a long way. Beach party was a really good night. Sports Bar: 24hrs really good, bowling 10 dollars pp also samll arcade cheap enough, food really good chicken and chips baskets that sort of thing. Beach: So disappointed in the beach as the sea weed was awful, and smelt however that is nature so no fault of the hotels. The hotel did make an effort everyday to clear up the sea weed however it was clearly too much washing up. Again not any fault of the hotels just nature. The resort is beautiful, they have a coffee shop, ice-cream parlour, shop (expensive) make sure you have everything with you because the prices are really extortionate and no other places to shop, two theaters, a gym and spa, several different atmosphere bars. They have some beautiful animals on the resort that are well looked after, a shuttle service that takes you all round the resort.

Everything went fine in general. A little chaotic to get the food when it was too crowded. Staff/employees were the best. Helpfull, friendly, very nice to interact with them. A suggestion is to install an elevator to get disabled and old people in and out of the pools.

Stayed here for 10 nights in March 2026. Check in at the hotel was swift, great that the room key is in a bracelet, no forgetting your room key. The room was a good size, cleaned daily and you also got a towel token so you don't need to take take one with you. Just remember to get your token back, so you can hand it over at checkout. Food was amazing, there were plenty of food option on the buffet which was great, as you got to try lots of different food. To book the restaurants, was easy via the app. I tried Nopal (Tex Mex) Tao (Asian) & El Pilon (Dominican) all were amazing. There were plenty of bars to choose from, and all the staff across them were amazing. Shout out to the staff on the Lobby Bar, the cocktails were amazing and they already had your next one ready as you were finishing off your last one. 🍹🍸 The coffee shop Cappuccino was great for a caffeine fix, and had a great selection of treats to go with it. Cornetto also had a great selection of ice cream. Overall all the staff I interacted with were amazing, always happy and super friendly and I had a great holiday. The hotel grounds were amazing with plenty of wildlife around. Making the walks around entertaining.
