Dreams Flora Resort & Spa

Lovely hotel overall, restaurants and bars all pretty decent - buffet breakfast and cooking show were highlights. Rooms good, although balcony so small it wasn’t worth having. Preferred club worth it for a quieter pool and a few additional areas. One big issue was the preferred club pool - we ended up having to throw away all our swimwear (much of it brand new!!) due to the brown/green staining from all the around pool area - definitely needs addressed.

Stayed 10 days with my 10 years old boy and my husband and it was the best trip we've ever add! Food, entertainment and all the personnel were amazing! And what about the shows at night.... WOW! You don't wanna miss the Burlesque Aerial show!!! All the singers and dancers are professionals, I would have paid to see one of the show in Canada! Julio and Juan at the word cafe are AMAZING!

The resort is nice. Japanese restaurant and Seaside Grill are excellent. However resort sales staff is too aggressive. You will be approached mulitple times by multiple people. Also you will be approached many times by outside sales people while trying to relax on beach. We were apprached 6 times within an hour.

We recently stayed here as a group of 9 across two families—including kids aged 12, 16, 17, and 18—and every single one of us had an amazing holiday. The Resort & Rooms The hotel itself is absolutely beautiful and incredibly well-kept throughout. Our bedrooms were wonderfully spacious, spotlessly clean, and provided a great setup for our large group. Dining & Service Food overall was impressive. Most of the a la carte and main restaurants served great meals, though the Mexican restaurant was a bit of a letdown and fell short compared to the rest. Service across the resort was generally good to very good. We did run into one or two staff members who seemed like they’d rather be anywhere else—notably a gentleman working at the main bar who came off a bit rude—but hey, we all have off days! Entertainment A special shoutout to the entertainment team! Evening shows and resort activities aren't usually our thing, but the program here was fantastic. The day and night entertainment crews were so full of energy, amazing at what they do, and really elevated the trip for both the adults and the teenagers. Final Verdict Finding a resort that keeps four teenagers and five adults equally happy isn't easy, but this place delivered. It offered fantastic value for what we paid, and if we ever head back to the Dominican Republic in the future, we would definitely look to stay again!

We had a very enjoyable stay at Dreams Flora. The hotel was clean, the atmosphere was lovely, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The pool area was great, and overall we had a very good experience.
