Dreams Macao Beach Punta Cana Resort & Spa

Another amazing vacation has come and gone and we are left with so many great memories. The staff at Dreams Macao is some of the best people you will ever meet, when its time for breakfast you are always greeted by Alexandra, she greets you with a big smile and a bigger hug. If you are lucky and sit outside at the buffet you will have Lorenzo! He reads your mind that its time for a mimosa without even having to ask for it! Dont forget to stop at the coco Cafe and see all the amazing staff that work there. They knew our order before we even got in the door!! The entertainment staff is why our son Nate loves this resort as much as he does. When we get there he is greeted by Baby face, Victor OG, these two have been there since we first started going and are absolutely amazing! Baby Face, Vixtor OG, Mr. Brown, Dora, Bunnie, Kenny,Barbie, Betty, Coco, Brazil, Lucy, and Zoey thank you from the bottom of our hearts, you guys show Nate so much love. We cant thank you enough for making every trip memorable for us and Nate! The staff at the Barefoot great was always so amazing and work so hard, thank you Baldmill. Juan Luis, Erick and Nixon!! Now sitting by the pool be sure to see Maria!! Maria you are amazing!! Never was my cup empty!!! Papa chicken we missed having you at the pool bar but was more than happy to make our way to the Waterpark so we can see you! Johanny you make the absolute best mudslide!! Kathy, thank you for always greeting us for our pre dinner drinks and greeting us with a smile! SIMON we followed him to every restaurant he was at, why because there is no server better than that guy!! He always wears a smile and will make you laugh! Fransico was always there to check on us to make sure everything was ok!! If you are looking to a resort that will make you feel more like family than dreams Macao is your place!! We go back every year to see them because they are our family and they all means so much to us!!

We had a great time at Dreams Macao Beach. The room was nice and room service impecable, very clean with plenty of storage space, huge bathroom with a tub and two showers, mini fridge with sodas and beer, coffee. The entertainment crew does a great job keeping everything moving while being very polite and professional. We'll visit again.

The staff was so welcoming as soon as we walked in the door. They made us feel special and showed us around the resort. Our room was perfect and the cleanest I’ve had at any all-inclusive. Food and staff were amazing. They made my family feel so welcomed and my daughters wedding was perfect!! the pools were great and the beach was very nice. We did have a couple days of seaweed, but it cleared up after two days in the water. Was Crystal clear on the beach the staff on the beach was very attentive

I stayed at Dreams Macao Beach Punta Cana at the end of August with my family, including my mother and my daughter, and we had a truly wonderful experience. We were impressed from the moment we arrived. The resort is beautiful, modern, and perfectly located next to the stunning Macao Beach. We received a very warm welcome at reception, which immediately made us feel comfortable. The hotel also offers a great selection of restaurants, with plenty of choices for everyone. A very special thank-you goes to the Entertainment Team, particularly Mr. Brown, Merry Christmas, CJ, Buffalo, and Salami, and everyone from their team. Their friendliness, positive energy, and enthusiasm made our holiday even more enjoyable. Every evening, the team presented interesting and captivating shows that entertained both adults and children. My child was especially impressed by the wonderful pirate and mermaid show. We would also like to thank the lovely Kids Club team: Rainbow, Candy, Queen, Dari, Bunny, and Cuteness. They organized a varied daily program for the children, including games, creative activities, and fun in the sand. The children were kept entertained throughout the day, and the evening mini-disco was another highlight. This is a great advantage for parents and makes the resort an excellent choice for families with children. At Coco Café, Luiza and Kenya were always kind, welcoming, and positive. We would also like to mention Simon, a very attentive and cheerful waiter whose warm personality always put us in a good mood. What makes this resort truly special is its staff. Much of the hotel’s value and wonderful atmosphere comes from the people who work there. They make a genuine effort to ensure that every guest feels welcome, comfortable, and well cared for. This was our first visit to the Dominican Republic, and we were delighted to discover even a small part of this beautiful country. Thanks to this very positive experience, we are certain that we will return in the future. I highly recommend this resort, especially to families and those travelling with children. It has a warm, welcoming, and family-friendly atmosphere. Thank you to everyone who made our holiday so special!
