Dreams Playa Esmeralda Resort & Spa

I had a wonderful experience! Everyone was very accommodating and kind and helpful. The resort was beautiful and I felt very welcome/safe. Joel was the best butler!

Absolutely amazing Joel was absolutely helpful and amazing and helping us with everything!!

Amazing loved it couldn’t of asked for better

Hi! Just want to say that we leave today that wonderful place! We were here for 7 night, dreams side. Everything was great! Have to say that we really enjoy and love the staff here, service was excellent! Negative, is that if you stay in dreams side, make sure that there is not a buy out on the secrets side.. really disapointing. Food is good! Really good, better at secrets side! There is somes noseeums, bug spray and benadryl or try to not go near the playa at dusk and at dawn!

Joel was the best Butler, he made the experience top of the line. My partner and I stayed in the preferred swim out King Dreams side and it was beautiful. Joel went above and beyond. I had an allergic reaction and assisted me to the onsite doctor and stayed and made sure I was okay!
