The location was amazing, and our room had the best view! However, our AC was literally blowing ice, which was quite interesting. The staff definitely need improvement. They initially refused to let us make reservations at the Dominican and Italian restaurants on consecutive nights, and we had to argue with them before they finally agreed. The buffet was okay, but they definitely need more coffee machines. There were long lines most of the time, which was frustrating. Our favorite part of the trip was snorkeling! Unfortunately, we also felt that some staff members treated us differently because we didn’t speak Spanish. Overall, despite the issues, we had a good time and enjoyed our vacation.

Overall excellent resort! Did not watch entertainment so cannot comment. Took advantage of the ping pong table everyday! And the aquatic exercise. Went on 1 excursion on catamaran to Salina Island. We are seniors and couldn’t do more. it was a very relaxing/reading vacation. Beds were great! but PILLOWS were TERRIBLE - this is where you need to IMPROVE.

It's our first time here. Small resort but really great. No beach on site. It's a 7 minute free ride. But the main 3 salt water pools face the spectacular deep blue sea. The sunset...oh my. The entire view is amazing, truly. Excellent service all around. Kudos to Liandry, our buffet server, great guy; great service. Adrian too. Pasta man, yummy, I think I gained weight. All food, hot, tasty, lots to choose from and no lack of desserts. Our maid Fior is great! Room 2405 is huge. We would recommend this hotel!
