Impressive Punta Cana

The resort was beautiful, our room was so close to the beach. The food was good although didnt like the fact that flies were openly crawling all over the food! Staff were so friendly and helpful. Never seen any cockroaches which is a testament to how clean they kept the resort. Had a fabulous choice of entertainment each night the Queen tribute act was amazing and the white beach party was fun. Definitely recommend the trip to Saona Island it was incredible!

The Location was super, Right on the Beach. The Animation was always funny and very interactive, with a lot of fun. The rooms were clean and really comfortabel. The service was nice and helpfull.

We would like to sincerely thank our housekeeper, Raina, for her wonderful work! ❤️ She made our stay at the hotel even more enjoyable. Raina is incredibly attentive to detail, very polite, respectful, and always friendly. Our room was always spotlessly clean, neat, and comfortable, and we always had plenty of bottled water. Every time we returned to our room, we were pleasantly surprised to find everything perfectly cleaned and arranged with such care and attention. We truly appreciate her hard work, dedication, and kindness. Employees like Raina create a special atmosphere and make a holiday truly unforgettable! Thank you so much, Raina, for your excellent work, care, and the lovely experience you gave us! The hotel is very lucky to have such a wonderful employee! ❤️🌸 With sincere thanks, Tima & Jack Room 25315
