Honestly the place is nice but the rooms are not clean we found 4 roaches and the people unfortunately don't understand much they need to hire more people that speak English!!!! and they are a little rude if you don't tip them. The food was good at the steak house and the Mexican place just the apps. (Mexican place) The gym you need to have sanitizer ! So many people around the world use it . Other then that it's alright

Joan helped us with all our bookings and constantly checked up on us , always there if we had any questions & Belninsoriano helped us for the first 5 days sort out our room , he did all he can to make sure we got what we booked & managed to get it sorted for us , he was simply the best & such a lovely man
