Mexican restaurant margarita was a fun experience specially with our server Carlos, he was a delight. Friendly and funny. Menu is adequate and tasty. Very friendly service. Nice atmosphere. Thanks.

Great place and time rhe oeople make you feal home

From the moment we arrived we enjoyed every minute.The hotel ,the grounds,beach ,our room was spotless.The staff work really hard and always have a smile.We upgraded to privilege ,our butler Hector we only saw once but he kept in touch every morning to see if we needed anything,and he would send over the activity list for the day and night.We only used him once to book a reservation at one of the restaurants.The air con in the room worked fine ,we did read some bad reviews so was expecting trouble with the air con.We got clean towels every day and the mini bar was stocked every morning.Our maid Pearl was lovely,she couldn’t do enough for you,even decorated our room for our Anniversary.The beach was clean and sargassum was cleared every day.The buffet restaurant had a different theme every night so there is plenty of choice for everyone.We didn’t have any problems with booking one of different restaurants,you do have to book early on the app,or get to the restaurant early and go on the waiting list,you don’t wait long.There are plenty of sunbeds and lots of umbrellas for shade. The only negatives we had was at night they have little stalls selling souvenirs,they try to rip you off,one tried to charge us £76 for 3 magnets and a lighter!!!!If your travelling with teenagers there isn’t a lot to do ,they have a small bowling alley and games room,there is a nightclub but it’s very quiet. The entertainment is great but the D.J on white night needs to play a song all the way through,it got really annoying.When we go again I would take American Dollars in small notes for tipping because we had a lot of Dominican currency but they do prefer the dollar ,we spent a lot of time trying to get small notes off the door staff to tip.

**Amazing Experience at Ocean Blue & Sand!** 🇩🇴🌴 Our stay at **Ocean Blue & Sand** was an amazing experience from beginning to end. The resort has a beautiful, relaxing atmosphere, and the entire property was clean, tidy, and well-maintained. You can really tell that the staff take pride in the resort. What stood out to me the most was the **hospitality and kindness of the staff**. Everyone we interacted with was friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. We truly felt comfortable and taken care of throughout our stay. The food and drinks were great, with plenty of options to choose from. There was always something to enjoy, whether we wanted to relax by the pool, spend time at the beach, enjoy a meal, or take part in the activities. I also want to give a **very special shoutout to our travel excursion representative, Jean Robinson**. If you are staying here, **I highly recommend finding Jean!** He was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and made everything so much easier for us. He took the time to explain everything, answer our questions, and make sure we were getting the most out of our trip. You can tell that he genuinely cares about helping people have a great experience. And I have to mention our amazing driver, **Nathaniel B 41 He was absolutely fantastic! He was funny, friendly, professional, and kept us entertained and educated throughout our drives. He made sure we got to our excursions safely and brought us back safely as well. He was also able to transition between **Spanish and English** so naturally, which helped us tremendously. Both **Jean and Nathaniel** really went above and beyond and made our vacation even more memorable. People like them are a huge part of what makes a trip special. Overall, we had a **wonderful experience at Ocean Blue & Sand**. Beautiful resort, friendly staff, great hospitality, and amazing people who genuinely care about their guests. **If you’re staying here, definitely look for Jean Robinson — air Transat I’m telling you, he’s good! You won’t regret it ❤️🇩🇴

We were here 3 years ago and stayed in privilege, had a lovely trip. Back now in privilege again and the service has drastically improved! Food has drastically improved! Accommodations have drastically improved! Daniel De La Rosa who works the poolside privilege area is trying so hard to make everyone’s visit enjoyable and does it with a smile. Maribel who takes care of room is lovely. Everything here is just Fantastic! Will recommend to our friends. We are already planning to come back with the family!
