Everything was great, and the experience was even better thanks to Franyer. He was incredibly kind, attentive, and helpful throughout our stay. Nice family break. Nothing to want for here. Great food, rooms, pool area. Beach was nice. Ant seaweed was picked up straight away. Foam party, activities and especially the Halloween night was brilliant. Special shout out for Johan, always smiling and proactive . Leonela was a very attentive waitress by the pool for cold drinks!! TUI VIP night was some of the best steak I’ve ever had. Nothing negative to mention.

I want to give special recognition to our butler Alejandro Tavarez who was always willing to help us with everything. He is a person with a deep attitude of service. I have nothing but gratitude for him. The hotel is very beautiful and has everything you need, and the staff is very kind.

Juan Ogando did a good job of taking care of our needs with just the right amount of availability and interaction. This is a great positive. In the past we've dealt with both ghosts and others who will never leave you alone. This was a fantastic balance! Victor was our favorite bartender. He was always there for us to keep the drinks and good times flowing. Unfortunately, I never got the name of our favorite waitress. She was like a ninja she would quickly swing in with exactly what we wanted and needed every morning, remembering all of our drink and coffee preferences after just one meal. She was a big part of assuring that we will be back. (Hopefully, I can give her proper credit next time) The lazy river was so fun and relaxing. Our view of the ocean is something I'll never forget.

Ocean El Faro Resort este un complex turistic spectaculos, amenajat în stil caraibian și situat direct pe plajă.
