Secrets Cap Cana Resort & Spa

Fantastic atmosphere, fun amenities, beach is nice, food and drinks are great, and the entertainment crew was awesome (Ice Cube, Jhon Cena, Raisa, Barbie, Etc.). Rooms were exactly as described online, and room service was exceptional. Extremely clean and worth every penny. Always something to do, and the noise from night entertainment is pretty minimal from inside the rooms.

Overall I lOverall, I loved my stay here. The staff were incredibly friendly, and the entire place was spotless, with constant cleaning that was clearly done with care. Room service was a great option, too. I only wish there had been more late-night snack choices, but that's a small thing. If you’re visiting mainly for the food and drinks, though, I wasn't quite as impressed. I think the options could be much better for the price, but that’s just my opinion. The Asian and French restaurants were by far the best; I wasn’t a fan of the Italian restaurant, and Seaside and the café were average. Our favorite part was listening to live music upstairs and enjoying drinks at the bar. The bartenders upstairs were fantastic and made some of the best drinks by far at that bar. Overall, I'd definitely go back—I had a great time.

The location is on the beach about a twenty minute ride from the airport. The property is beautiful and well maintained with open air spaces with wonderful views of the water. From the time you arrive the staff are smiling and very accommodating to any of your needs. Check in was a smooth and easy process with our butler Carlos ready to show us around and to our room while explaining the amenities and his services throughout our stay. Our preferred king suite was the perfect size and well appointed with toiletries, snacks, drinks and a beautiful balcony. The bed was very comfortable and the sitting area had furniture in which it was easy to relax. Housekeeping kept the room clean and stocked for our week’s stay. Carlos, our butler, was very attentive and checked with us several times during our days to ensure we had everything needed and made all of our dinner reservations. TL/DR: Overall a beautiful resort provided a wonderful experience and Carlos is an amazing butler and person!
